Abstract
本实用新型公开一种背光源装置，包括底部支架、电源控制器箱、固定支架、滑动支架及背光源结构，底部支架包括框架及安装于框架顶部的安装板，电源控制器箱安装于框架上，固定支架的下端前后滑动连接于安装板上，滑动支架的上端与固定支架的上端旋转连接，滑动支架的下端前后滑动连接于安装板上，背光源结构安装于固定支架上，背光源结构包括底部挡板、两侧板、光源固定框架及自前而后依次叠加嵌设于光源固定框架中的漫射板、扩散膜、透明板、PCB板及底板，底部挡板装设于光源固定框的前端面的下部，侧板分别装设于光源固定框的前端面的两内侧端。该背光源装置可根据不同的照射需求，灵活调节背光源结构的使用角度。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及光学器具领域，尤其涉及一种背光源装置。
背景技术
检测液晶电视偏光片表面划痕时，需要根据偏光片表面划痕的不同大小及所需照射角度灵活调节背光源的照射角度。
因此，亟待一种可灵活调整照射角度的背光源装置，从而满足不同的照射需求，达到预期的检测效果。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种可灵活调整照射角度的背光源装置，从而满足不同的照射需求，达到预期的检测效果。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型的技术方案为：提供一种背光源装置，包括底部支架、电源控制器箱、固定支架、滑动支架及背光源结构，所述底部支架包括框架及安装于所述框架顶部的安装板，所述电源控制器箱安装于所述框架上，所述固定支架的下端前后滑动连接于所述安装板上，所述滑动支架的上端与所述固定支架的上端旋转连接，所述滑动支架的下端前后滑动连接于所述安装板上，所述背光源结构安装于所述固定支架上，所述背光源结构包括底部挡板、两侧板、光源固定框架及自前而后依次叠加嵌设于所述光源固定框架中的漫射板、扩散膜、透明板、PCB板及底板，所述底部挡板装设于所述光源固定框的前端面的下部，所述侧板分别装设于所述光源固定框的前端面的两内侧端。
所述安装板的左部、中部及右部分别设有前后走向的滑槽，所述固定支架的底部的左端、中端及右端分别装设有第一滑动件，所述第一滑动件分别滑动连接于对应的滑槽中，所述滑动支架的底部的左端、中端及右端分别装设有第二滑动件，所述第二滑动件分别滑动连接于对应的滑槽中。
所述框架的底部的四个角落分别设有万向轮及脚杯。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型背光源装置可根据不同的照射需求，灵活调节背光源结构的使用角度，从而达到预期的检测效果。

具体实施方式
参考图1及图2，本实用新型背光源装置100包括底部支架、电源控制器箱17、固定支架12、滑动支架10及背光源结构。
所述底部支架包括框架16及安装于所述框架16顶部的安装板15。所述电源控制器箱17安装于所述框架16上。所述框架16的底部的四个角落分别设有万向轮21及脚杯20。所述固定支架12的下端前后滑动连接于所述安装板15上。所述滑动支架10的上端与所述固定支架12的上端旋转连接，所述滑动支架10的下端前后滑动连接于所述安装板15上。所述背光源结构安装于所述固定支架12上。所述背光源结构包括底部挡板1、两侧板2、光源固定框架6及自前而后依次叠加嵌设于所述光源固定框架6中的漫射板3、扩散膜4、透明板5、PCB板7及底板8。所述底部挡板1装设于所述光源固定框6的前端面的下部，所述侧板2分别装设于所述光源固定框6的前端面的两内侧端。
具体地，所述安装板15的左部、中部及右部分别设有前后走向的滑槽151。所述固定支架12的底部的左端、中端及右端分别装设有第一滑动件121，所述第一滑动件121分别滑动连接于对应的滑槽151中。所述滑动支架10的底部的左端、中端及右端分别装设有第二滑动件101，所述第二滑动件102分别滑动连接于对应的滑槽151中。
本实用新型背光源装置可根据不同的照射需求，灵活调节背光源结构的使用角度，从而达到预期的检测效果。

1.一种背光源装置，其特征在于：包括底部支架、电源控制器箱、固定支架、滑动支架及背光源结构，所述底部支架包括框架及安装于所述框架顶部的安装板，所述电源控制器箱安装于所述框架上，所述固定支架的下端前后滑动连接于所述安装板上，所述滑动支架的上端与所述固定支架的上端旋转连接，所述滑动支架的下端前后滑动连接于所述安装板上，所述背光源结构安装于所述固定支架上，所述背光源结构包括底部挡板、两侧板、光源固定框架及自前而后依次叠加嵌设于所述光源固定框架中的漫射板、扩散膜、透明板、PCB板及底板，所述底部挡板装设于所述光源固定框的前端面的下部，所述侧板分别装设于所述光源固定框的前端面的两内侧端。
2.如权利要求1所述的背光源装置，其特征在于：所述安装板的左部、中部及右部分别设有前后走向的滑槽，所述固定支架的底部的左端、中端及右端分别装设有第一滑动件，所述第一滑动件分别滑动连接于对应的滑槽中，所述滑动支架的底部的左端、中端及右端分别装设有第二滑动件，所述第二滑动件分别滑动连接于对应的滑槽中。
3.如权利要求1所述的背光源装置，其特征在于：所述框架的底部的四个角落分别设有万向轮及脚杯。
