Abstract

一种LED特殊高效散热反光灯罩结构,包括一罩体,该罩体由多个片体所组成,于相邻片体之间分别连接一散热座,各散热座与各片体间形成一锥形,且各散热座的两侧边分别具有一凹槽,用以容设相连接的片体,另,各散热座的内端面上分别设有一发光模组,各发光模组的发光方向朝着罩体内部,各发光模组更包括一基板,固定于该散热座的该端面上;于该基板上设有多个发光二极体,并经由基板形成电性连接,该些发光二极体因发光作用所产生的热源藉由该散热座与空气产生热交换作用,以保护该些发光二极体免于因热淤积而受损。

LED特殊高效散热反光灯罩结构
技术领域
本实用新型有关系一种照明灯具,尤指一种具有散热结构的LED特殊高效散热反光灯罩结构。
背景技术
近年来,由于在新型材料及技术的改进下,发光二极体的发光效率已经有长足的进步,该发光二极体的发光亮度至目前为止足以媲美传统照明装置的亮度,且发光二极体具有体积轻颖及使用寿命常等优势,因此使得发光二极体已经取代传统照明灯泡而形成目前的主流。
而目前所发展的发光二极体更是广泛应用在目前所常见的各类灯具上,不管是作为照明展示用的灯具,家用的各类照明灯具等,高功率的发光二极体所产生的高亮度效能皆可成为照明灯具内部的发光元件首选;不过,由于高功率发光二极体受其材料及技术的影响下,虽然可以将其发光效率发挥到极大的效益,但伴随而来的却是过高的发热状态,过多的热量淤积会影响发光二极体的正常运作及使用寿命,因此适当的散热对策成为照明灯具要维持正常运作影响相当大的一环。
至目前为止,习知所常见运用在照明灯具上的散热技术,由于受到照明灯具体积及结构设计的影响下,多半系在作为发光元件的发光二极体周缘设置散热结构,利用具高导热作用的材质快速将热量导出照明灯具外,以避免过多的热量影响到发光二极体及整个杯灯的运作;然而,前述的照明灯具在结构上皆可多容设散热结构的设计,但对于壁挂式或悬吊式的反光灯而言,却是在先天设计上一定的限度,无法像其他照明灯具一样具有散热的效果,因此如何将散热结构导入灯具设计中,成了一大考验。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的主要目的在于提供一种LED特殊高效散热反光灯罩结构,以解决现有技术存在的缺陷,其将具有散热功能的散热座直接装设于灯罩上,并将具有多个发光二极体的发光模组直接装设于散热座上,以利散热座直接对于发光二极体进行散热作用,藉此提升LED灯的发光效能及延长使用寿命。
为达成上述的目的,本实用新型一种LED特殊高效散热反光灯罩结构,其特征在于包括:
一罩体,由多个片体所组成;
多个散热座,各散热座连接于相邻的片体间并形成一锥形;
多个发光模组,各发光模组设置于该散热座的一端面上,该些发光模组的发光方向朝着罩体内部反射及各方照射,各发光模组更包括:
一基板,固定于该散热座的该端面上;
多个发光二极体,设于该基板上且经由基板形成电性连接。
其中,各散热座的两侧边分别设有一凹槽,该些凹槽用以接合该片体。
其中,该散热座的另一端面上具有多个散热片。
其中,该基板电性连接一导线。
一种LED特殊高效散热反光灯罩结构,其特征在于包括:
一罩体,由单一片体所构成;
一散热座,该散热座连接于该片体两端并形成一锥形;
一发光模组,该发光模组设置于该散热座的一端面上,使该些发光模组的发光方向朝着罩体内部反射及各方照射,该发光模组更包括:
一基板,固定于该散热座的该端面上;
多个发光二极体,设于该基板上且经由基板形成电性连接。
其中,该散热座的两侧边分别设有一凹槽,该些凹槽用以接合该片体两端。
其中,该散热座的另一端面上具有多个散热片。
其中,该基板电性连接一导线。
通过上述结构,本实用新型将具有散热功能的散热座直接装设于灯罩上,并将具有多个发光二极体的发光模组直接装设于散热座上,以利散热座直接对于发光二极体进行散热作用,藉此提升LED灯的发光效能及延长使用寿命。
为让本实用新型的上述和其他目的、特征和优点能更明显易懂,下文特举较佳实施例,并配合所附图式,作详细说明如下。

具体实施方式:
请参阅图1,为本实用新型的立体结构分解图。如图所示,本实用新型最佳实施例的反光灯罩结构系主要包括一罩体1,该罩体1由多个片体11所构成,而如图6的立体结构示意图所示,本实用新型的罩体1可为单片式片体11,该罩体1于本实施例中于组合完成后为呈圆锥状,该罩体1的顶面及底面分别具有开口,相邻各片体11之间连接有一散热座2,或如图6所示,于单一片体11两端分别对应接合一散热座2,以图1实施例为最佳,各散热座2的两侧边分别具有一凹槽21,各凹槽21用以容设该片体11的侧边,以利该散热座2与各片体11对应接合,于各散热座2的一端面上则设有多个散热片22;另,各散热座2的另一端面上则设有一发光模组3,该些发光模组3的发光方向朝向该罩体1内,其中该发光模组3具有一基板31,该基板31于本实施例中为一电路板,该基板31两端位置分别具有一螺孔311,该些螺孔311用以穿设螺丝4,致使该基板31锁固于该散热座2上,另于该基板31上设有多个发光二极体32,该些多个发光二极体32利用该基板31彼此电性连接,该基板31再电性连接一导线33,如图3的局部剖视图所示,使其各发光模组3与外接电源电性连接,以提供外部电力点亮该些发光二极体32,而该些发光二极体32因发光作用所产生的热源则是透过该基板31导热至该散热座2上,再由该散热座2端面上的多个散热片22与空气产生热交换作用,以保护该些发光二极体32免于因热淤积而受损;其组合完成图如图2所示。
请参阅图4,为本实用新型的组合剖视图。如图所示,于本实施例中本实用新型的反光灯罩结构系装设于一室内顶端位置,该罩体1的顶部连接一圆盘6,其中该圆盘6透过多个螺丝4固定于罩体1的顶部周缘上,于该圆盘6的中央位置设有一拉勾63,该拉勾63利用一螺栓62固定于其上,最后该拉勾63再连接一连接元件64上,该连接元件64于本实施例中为一吊索,该连接元件64将该反光灯罩悬于空中,透过该些发光模组3的发光二极体32发光作用,以提供室内的照明需求。
请参阅图5,为本实用新型的另一实施例组合剖视图。如图所示,于本实施例中本实用新型的反光灯罩结构直立,其中利用一杆体7穿于该反光灯罩结构内,利用多个支架71分别连接于该反光灯罩结构内与杆体7之间,以支撑起整个反光灯罩结构,再透过该些发光模组3的发光二极体32发光作用,以提供室内的照明需求。
惟以上所述的实施方式,是为较佳的实施实例,当不能以此限定本实用新型实施范围,若依本实用新型申请专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化或修饰,皆应属本实用新型下述的专利涵盖范围。

Claims (8)

1.一种LED特殊高效散热反光灯罩结构,其特征在于包括:
一罩体,由多个片体所组成;
多个散热座,各散热座连接于相邻的片体间并形成一锥形;
多个发光模组,各发光模组设置于该散热座的一端面上,该些发光模组的发光方向朝着罩体内部反射及各方照射,各发光模组更包括:
一基板,固定于该散热座的该端面上;
多个发光二极体,设于该基板上且经由基板形成电性连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的LED特殊高效散热反光灯罩结构,其特征在于,各散热座的两侧边分别设有一凹槽,该些凹槽用以接合该片体。
3.如权利要求1所述的LED特殊高效散热反光灯罩结构,其特征在于,该散热座的另一端面上具有多个散热片。
4.如权利要求1所述的LED特殊高效散热反光灯罩结构,其特征在于,该基板电性连接一导线。
5.一种LED特殊高效散热反光灯罩结构,其特征在于包括:
一罩体,由单一片体所构成;
一散热座,该散热座连接于该片体两端并形成一锥形;
一发光模组,该发光模组设置于该散热座的一端面上,使该些发光模组的发光方向朝着罩体内部反射及各方照射,该发光模组更包括:
一基板,固定于该散热座的该端面上;
多个发光二极体,设于该基板上且经由基板形成电性连接。
6.如权利要求5所述的LED特殊高效散热反光灯罩结构,其特征在于,该散热座的两侧边分别设有一凹槽,该些凹槽用以接合该片体两端。
7.如权利要求5所述的LED特殊高效散热反光灯罩结构,其特征在于,该散热座的另一端面上具有多个散热片。
8.如权利要求5所述的LED特殊高效散热反光灯罩结构,其特征在于,该基板电性连接一导线。
