背景技术
当前国内建筑行业中脚手架种类繁多，卡接式钢管脚手架，在使用过程中部件多，且用螺栓连接操作复杂，安装时间长，结构不够稳固，导致脚手架容易变形或损坏，影响工程进度，甚至造成人员受伤。

本实用新型旨在克服现有技术的缺陷，提供卡接式脚手架卡接组件，具有结构简单、连接牢固、安全可靠的特点。

一种卡接式脚手架卡接组件，包括卡接组件，卡接组件顶部设置有凸起的卡棱，卡接组件前部呈圆柱形、外侧壁设有相对称的凸耳块、底部设置带有圆弧形的承接部，卡接组件后部呈表面开有凸出孔的圆柱形，卡接组件前部插接于立柱钢管内。
优选地，圆弧形承接部外径设置有凸点。
优选地，卡接组件外表面为热镀锌工艺处理。

本实用新型结构简单合理，卡接公件外侧壁设有相对称的凸耳块，其受力均匀，而且凸出孔内与卡钩连接牢固，安全可靠。

如图1-3所示，一种卡接式脚手架卡接组件，包括卡接组件1，卡接组件顶部设置有凸起的卡棱11，卡接组件前部呈圆柱形、外侧壁设有相对称的凸耳块12、底部设置带有圆弧形的承接部13，卡接组件后部呈表面开有凸出孔14的圆柱形，卡接组件前部插接于立柱钢管内。圆弧形承接部外径设置有凸点。卡接组件外表面为热镀锌工艺处理。
本实用新型结构简单合理，卡接公件外侧壁设有相对称的凸耳块，其受力均匀，而且凸出孔内与卡钩连接牢固，卡接组件表面为热镀锌工艺处理，不易生锈，安全可靠。
