Abstract

本实用新型涉及变频电源,特别指一自动平衡输出电流的电磁搅拌器变频电源。它由整流器、预充电电路、电抗器、滤波电容组、逆变器、检测单元和控制电路组成,其中:所述的检测单元用于检测变频电源的三相输出电流信号,并将该信号反馈至所述的控制电路。所述的控制电路在接收的该反馈信号后通过控制电路调节所述的控制电路的SPWM波输出信号至所述的逆变器,进而使变频电源的三相输出电流之间的差值变小,并最终保持一致。本实用新型工作性能可靠,解决了传统电磁搅拌变频电源的三相电流不能独立调节的缺点。

技术领域
 本实用新型涉及变频电源,特别指一自动平衡输出电流的电磁搅拌器变频电源。 
背景技术
传统的电磁搅拌器变频电源的三相输出电压基本上是相等的,不能单独调节,在负载的三相绕组的阻抗一致的时候,三相电流才能保持一致。在电磁搅拌器应用范围越来越广的情况下,针对某些特定场合的异形电磁搅拌器被研发了出来,由于外形的制约,这些电磁搅拌器的三相绕组不能做到阻抗一致。这就导致了用传统的电磁搅拌器变频电源不能保证三相电流的平衡,从而导致电磁搅拌器的磁场不均匀,影响了电磁搅拌器的使用效果。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是针对背景技术中存在的缺点和问题加以改造和创新,提供一种三相输出电流能自动调节平衡的电磁搅拌器变频电源。 
 本实用新型包括整流器,预充电电路,电抗器,滤波电容组,逆变器,检测单元,控制电路;所述的整流器用于将进线交流电整流为直流电;所述的预充电电路用于在变频电源工作初期,限制滤波电容组的充电电流,减小电流冲击;所述的电抗器用于减少电流脉动;所述的滤波电容组用于储能与滤波;所述的逆变器用于将直流电逆变成频率和电流大小可控的交流电;所述的检测单元用于检测输出的交流电的电流及频率;所述的控制电路用于控制逆变器。 
 本实用新型工作性能可靠,解决了传统电磁搅拌变频电源的三相电流不能独立调节的缺点。

具体实施方式
 下面结合附图对本实用新型进行进一步的描述。如图1可知,所述的自动平衡输出电流的电磁搅拌器变频电源包括:整流器(1),预充电电路(2),电抗器(3),滤波电容组(4),逆变器(5),检测单元(6)和控制电路(7)。其特征在于:所述的整流器(1)用于将进线交流电整流为直流电;所述的预充电电路(2)用于在变频电源工作初期,限制滤波电容组(4)的充电电流,减小电流冲击;所述的电抗器(3)用于减少电流脉动;所述的滤波电容组(4)用于储能与滤波;所述的逆变器(5)用于将直流电逆变成频率和电流大小可控的交流电;所述的控制电路(7)用于控制逆变器(5);所述的检测单元(6)用于检测输出的交流电的电流及频率。 
所述的控制电路(7)的核心通常为单片机(即MCU)及专用三相SPWM芯片SA4828,该控制电路接收到检测单元的反馈信号后,MCU计算出三相电流的差值,从而调节SA4828的6路控制输出(SPWM波),使变频电源的输出电流最终保持一致。 
本实用新型的工作原理如下: 
本实用新型专利的控制原理主要基于对电磁搅拌变频电源的三相输出电压能独立调节。
检测单元(6)将逆变器(5)输出的三相输出电流值反馈给控制电路(7)中的MCU,通过分别比较三相输出电流的差值,调节SA4828芯片的输出SPWM波,从而独立调节三相输出电压,从而使得三相电流最终趋于平衡。

1.一种自动平衡输出电流的电磁搅拌器变频电源,包括整流器(1),预充电电路(2),电抗器(3),滤波电容组(4),逆变器(5),检测单元(6),控制电路(7);其特征在于:所述的整流器(1)用于将进线交流电整流为直流电;所述的预充电电路(2)用于在变频电源工作初期,限制滤波电容组(4)的充电电流,减小电流冲击;所述的电抗器(3)用于减少电流脉动;所述的滤波电容组(4)用于储能与滤波;所述的逆变器(5)用于将直流电逆变成频率和电流大小可控的交流电;所述的检测单元(6)用于检测输出的交流电的电流及频率;所述的控制电路(7)用于控制逆变器(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种自动平衡输出电流的电磁搅拌器变频电源,其特征在于:所述的控制电路(7)包括MCU及专用三相SPWM芯片,能根据检测单元(6)反馈的电流信号自动调整控制信号,从而使逆变器(5)的三相输出电流达到平衡。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种自动平衡输出电流的电磁搅拌器变频电源,其特征在于:所述的专用三相SPWM芯片为SA4828。
