本实用新型涉及一种防止饮酒过量装置。
背景技术
酒在日常的交际中有着重要的作用，而因我国酒文化历史久远，许多人有酗酒的习惯，而酗酒对身体造成很大的伤害，但酗酒的人见到酒后往往无法控制自己，从而造成对酒的依赖性越来越严重。而随着集成电路的发展，现在的电子芯片体积都比较小。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于，针对上述问题，提出一种防止饮酒过量装置，以实现防止饮酒过量的优点。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：
一种防止饮酒过量装置，包括瓶体、外瓶盖和内瓶盖，所述外瓶盖通过铰链设置在瓶体的开口处，所述内瓶盖通过轴承与瓶体内壁连接，且内瓶盖设置在外瓶盖的下方，所述瓶体的一侧设置电气盒，电气盒内设置电池、计数器和控制器，所述内瓶盖上设置步进电机，所述外瓶盖和内瓶盖之间设置流量传感器，所述流量传感器与控制器电连接，所述控制器和计数器电连接，所述控制器的输出端与步进电机电连接，所述电池提供直流电源。
进一步的，所述控制器采用单片机。
本实用新型的技术方案具有以下有益效果：
本实用新型的技术方案，通过流量传感器测量溜过酒瓶口的酒，从而通过步进电机控制内瓶盖的开合，来控制倒出瓶外的酒，从而达到防止饮酒过量的目的。

如图1所示，一种防止饮酒过量装置，包括瓶体1、外瓶盖2和内瓶盖3，外瓶盖2通过铰链设置在瓶体1的开口处，内瓶盖3通过轴承与瓶体1内壁连接，且内瓶盖3设置在外瓶盖的下方，瓶体1的一侧设置电气盒4，电气盒4内设置电池、计数器和控制器，内瓶盖上设置步进电机，外瓶盖和内瓶盖之间设置流量传感器，流量传感器与控制器电连接，控制器和计数器电连接，控制器的输出端与步进电机电连接，电池提供直流电源。
其中，控制器采用单片机。使用时将酒倒入该装置的瓶体内，酒水由流量传感器来记录量，然后传感器将记录值传给控制器，控制器进行记录，达到设置上限时，将瓶口关闭。
瓶盖与瓶身是一体的，不能拿下，外瓶盖在外面可以人为打开，内瓶盖是由单片机控制，人为不能打开。如图1所示。传感器将信号送给控制器，计数器计数，达到设定值就关闭内瓶盖，使得酒水不能倒出，解除控制需要发送设定的密码给控制器，控制器打开内瓶盖。

1.一种防止饮酒过量装置，包括瓶体、外瓶盖和内瓶盖，其特征在于，所述外瓶盖通过铰链设置在瓶体的开口处，所述内瓶盖通过轴承与瓶体内壁连接，且内瓶盖设置在外瓶盖的下方，所述瓶体的一侧设置电气盒，电气盒内设置电池、计数器和控制器，所述内瓶盖上设置步进电机，所述外瓶盖和内瓶盖之间设置流量传感器，所述流量传感器与控制器电连接，所述控制器和计数器电连接，所述控制器的输出端与步进电机电连接，所述电池提供直流电源。
