PTA浆料在生产过程中，经常会有块料堵塞在过滤器中，影响了PTA浆料的正常生产，同时对过滤器清洗时会导致大量PTA浆料排放。同时PTA浆料还会将换热器堵塞，导致装置频繁碱洗从而影响PTA的产量和质量，甚至会引起停车，从而对生产造成影响。

本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种可以防止过滤器和换热器堵塞，保证PTA正常生产的防堵塞的PTA配料加热***。
