背景技术
在航空发动机中，一般的滑油过滤装置都是通过一层滤网达到过滤的作用，为防止油滤堵塞影响润滑，通常在旁路设置单向活门，此结构对滑油过滤能力有限，当滑油内杂质过多时，油滤堵塞，进油口压力增大，开启单向活门，滑油直接进入发动机内部。这种结构虽然可以保证了***的滑油功能，但含有杂质的滑油从单向活门进入油路，对发动机的损坏较大。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种过滤装置，该装置具有良好的过滤能力，可以保证航空发动机内部的润滑要求。
本实用新型的技术方案是，所述的过滤装置包括过滤器壳体、单向活门、内层过滤网、外层过滤网，过滤器壳体上设置有油路，在油路内部安装有内层过滤网和外层过滤网，所述的外层过滤网的底部与油路密封，上部与油路留有间隙，所述的间隙与滑油进油口相通，所述的内层过滤网安装在外层过滤网内部，内层过滤网的上部与外层过滤网密封，下部与外层过滤网之间留有空隙并与滑油出油口相通，内层过滤网内部与滑油进油口相通。所述的油路上位于滑油进油口与滑油出油口之间设置有支路，所述的支路上安装有单向活门。
本实用新型设计了一种双重油滤，一个油滤装入另一个油滤中，节省装配空间；滑油可同时流入两油滤中，当其中一个油滤被堵塞时，另一个油滤还可以工作。本实用新型具有良好的过滤能力，可以降低单向活门开启的风险，可以保证航空发动机内部的润滑要求。
