一种基于物联网的电器配电***
技术领域
本实用新型涉及配电箱领域,特别涉及一种基于物联网的电器配电***。
背景技术
配电箱广泛应用于高层建筑、宾馆、住宅等建筑物交流50Hz,额定电压220V/380V以下的低压配电***中,作为实现对配电线路切换、漏电、过载和短路保护之用。目前市面上销售的配电箱是按电气接线要求将开关设备、仪器仪表、保护电器盒辅助设备组装在封闭或者半封闭金属柜中或屏幅上,构成低压配电装置。但是该配电箱智能化程度低,当***出现故障时,只能通过手动或自动开关切断电路,如果手动开关被击穿损坏,有可能会发生触电危险;而且当人离开室内,无法知道家中的用电情况,当使用者家中无人,却又有电器在工作时会造成不必要的浪费,同时,还存在一定的安全隐患。
发明内容
针对上述提到的现有技术中的配电***都是采用直接手动控制的缺点,本实用新型提供一种基于物联网的电器配电***,使用该配电***可以远程通过无线网络在手机、电脑等控制终端上控制家中电器的工作状态。本实用新型解决其技术问题采用的技术方案是:
一种基于物联网的电器配电***,其包括控制终端、家用电器、配电箱;其中,所述控制终端,与所述配电箱连接,用于发送控制信号;配电箱,与所述家用电器连接,用于根据控制终端发送的控制信号,生成电信号,发送至家用电器,控制家用电器的通断;
具体的,所述配电箱包括第一箱体和位于该第一箱体内的主控装置、无线通信装置、继电器组装置;
具体的,所述主控装置包括微处理器、RS232串口通信接口和继电器驱动装置;所述微处理器通过RS232串口通信接口连接无线通信装置,所述微处理器的输出串口直接连接继电器驱动装置,继电器驱动装置直接连接所述继电器组装置。
进一步的,所述无线通信装置为wifi模块、bluetooth模块、zigbee模块和以太网通信模块中的任意一个或几个。 
进一步的,所述的一种基于物联网的电器配电***还包括置于第一箱体外的路由器,所述路由器经网络连接到云服务器、控制终端和所述无线通信装置。
进一步的,所述控制终端为手机、电脑中的任意一个或几个。
进一步的,所述继电器组装置包括相互并联的总继电器和分继电器,总继电器和分继电器连接家用电器。
优选但不限于,所述微处理器采用型号为STM32F107的微控制器芯片。
由上可见,本实用新型中所述的一种基于物联网的电器配电***相对于现有技术,具体的有益效果是:可以随时随地利用手机、电脑等控制终端,根据个人需求通过网络控制家中电器的工作状态,不用手动控制配电箱中的机械开关,降低了安全隐患,减少了不必要的电力资源浪费,降低了电灾害的风险;且该实用新型中基于物联网的电器配电***内部集成有wiFi模块、bluetooth模块、zigbee模块和以太网通信模块,能支持wiFi、bluetooth、zigbee和以太网多种无线通信方式,***可扩展性强,应用广泛。

实施例1:
参见附图1,一种基于物联网的电器配电***,其包括控制终端700、家用电器300、配电箱(图中未标示);其中,所述控制终端700,与所述配电箱连接,用于发送控制信号;配电箱,与所述家用电器300连接,用于根据控制终端700发送的控制信号,生成电信号,发送至家用电器300,控制家用电器300的通断;其中,所述配电箱包括第一箱体(图中为标示)和位于该第一箱体内的主控装置200、无线通信装置400、继电器组装置100;所述主控装置200包括微处理器202、RS232串口通信接口203和继电器驱动装置201;所述微处理器202通过RS232串口通信接口203连接无线通信装置400,微处理器202的输出串口直接连接继电器驱动装置201,继电器驱动装置201直接连接所述继电器组装置100,且微处理器202采用意法半导体公司型号为STM32F107的微控制器芯片。本实用新型中一种基于物联网的电器配电***还包括置于第一箱体外的路由器500,所述路由器500经网络连接到云服务器600、控制终端700和所述无线通信装置400。
进一步的,所述无线通信装置400为wifi模块401、bluetooth模块402、zigbee模块403和以太网通信模块404中的任意一个或几个。所述控制终端为手机701、电脑702中的任意一个或几个。
该实施例具体工作时,路由器500经过网络和云服务器600相互通信,控制终端手机701和电脑702能通过路由器500与位于配电箱体内的wifi模块401或以太网通信模块404实现通信,带有蓝牙功能的手机701也能直接通过bluetooth模块402通过RS232串口通信接口203和微处理器202相互传输指令。微处理器202根据控制终端手机701或电脑702发送过来的命令,可以控制继电器驱动装置201,进而控制与继电器驱动装置201连接的继电器组装置100的开关状态,继电器组装置100通过电力线载波技术控制室内与继电器对应的家用电器300的通断状态。且所述继电器组装置100包括相互并联的总继电器和分继电器,其中总继电器控制整个室内的所有电器的通断状态,采用的是具有30A开关能力的继电器;分继电器能单独控制对应的电器的工作状态,采用的是具有10A开关能力的继电器。本实施例中继电器驱动装置采用的是型号为ULN2003A的7路反相器电路,微处理器202的通用控制信号输出接口与ULN2003A的输入端连接。 
主控装置200通常在内网中,在路由器500上有对应的端口映射,当主控装置200通电时,重新上电时会将主控装置200的***通信IP和端口号通过路由器500发送到云服务器600,且为了避免路由器500不稳定造成ip和端口号有误,主控装置200会每隔30分钟就将自己的ip和端口号上传给云服务器600。用户希望能在手机701或电脑702等控制终端700上对家用电器300开关状态进行控制时,只要登陆到云服务器600上获得主控装置200的ip和端口号,然后和路由器500通信,通过端口映射,控制主控装置200,进而主控装置200根据用户所发送的指令,通过继电器驱动装置201控制相应的继电器组装置100,从而完成对家用电器300的开启、关闭、定时等控制。而主控装置200也会根据继电器组装置100中对应继电器的状态判断电器的工作状态,会将家用电器300的工作状态通过路由器500发送到云服务器600上,用户可以在控制终端700上登录到云服务器600,观察家用电器300的工作状态,实现实时的监控和处理,可以避免不必要的电力资源浪费,降低电灾害的风险。

1.一种基于物联网的电器配电***,其特征在于:包括控制终端、家用电器、配电箱;其中,
所述控制终端,与所述配电箱连接,用于发送控制信号;
配电箱,与所述家用电器连接,用于根据控制终端发送的控制信号,生成电信号,发送至家用电器,控制家用电器的通断;
所述配电箱包括第一箱体和位于该第一箱体内的主控装置、无线通信装置、继电器组装置;
所述主控装置包括微处理器、RS232串口通信接口和继电器驱动装置;
所述微处理器通过RS232串口通信接口连接无线通信装置,所述微处理器的输出串口直接连接继电器驱动装置,继电器驱动装置直接连接所述继电器组装置。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种基于物联网的电器配电***,其特征在于:
所述无线通信装置为wifi模块、bluetooth模块、zigbee模块和以太网通信模块中的任意一个或几个。
3.如权利要求1至2任一项所述的一种基于物联网的电器配电***,其特征在于:还包括置于第一箱体外的路由器,所述路由器经网络连接到云服务器、控制终端和所述无线通信装置。
