本实用新型涉及一种隔热钢附框，属于建筑结构中的铝合金门窗领域，包括隔上托卡件、支撑柱、下托卡件，支撑柱一端与上托卡件固定连接，另一端与下托卡件固定连接，上托卡件与下托卡件呈L型，支撑柱为圆柱型，此隔热钢附框用尼龙卡件将内外钢管分开但又将内外钢管连接在一起，替代了实木作为附框，解决了钢附框的隔热性能，同时增加了钢附框的使用寿命；此隔热钢附框结构简单，设计合理，增加了门窗同附框之间的空间，更有利于发泡剂膨胀。

本实用新型属于建筑结构中的铝合金门窗领域，尤其涉及一种隔热钢附框。
背景技术
装饰中空玻璃除具有一般玻璃的采光、观景、装饰灯基本要求外，还具有更好的隔热、保温和降噪性能，使其得到广泛的应用，中空玻璃通常由两块或两块以上的玻璃组成，各相邻玻璃之间通过夹设的塑料胶条分隔出空腔，现有中空玻璃使用的铝合金附框是用双面贴粘贴在中空玻璃的内片上，然后再打结构胶进行粘接，制作过程复杂、费工费时，而铝合金隔热窗是目前国内市场的主流产品。
中国专利201420028855.0公布了一种新型铝合金隔热窗实木附框，在土建结构的外端面通过连接片连接附框，附框另一端连接铝合金边框，附框被密封于室内外水泥砂浆之间的聚氨酯发泡剂内，附框为实心的实木结构，附框内设有尼龙连接件，在铝合金边框内设置边框调整件，在边框调整件内同轴设置不锈钢自攻螺钉，不锈钢自攻螺钉将尼龙连接件胀紧在附框内。
虽然该新型铝合金隔热窗实木附框降低铝合金窗框架周边能量的传递速度，防止了北方冬季铝窗周边室内墙体结露的问题，达到了暖边的效果，但是本新型铝合金隔热窗采用实木作为附框，易腐蚀，因此寿命较短，且实木质量参差不齐，取材难，而且实木占据了太大的面积，不利于发泡剂的膨胀，导致隔热性能不是很好。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型提供一种隔热钢附框，包括隔上托卡件、支撑柱、下托卡件，支撑柱一端与上托卡件固定连接，另一端与下托卡件固定连接。
本实用新型的有益效果为：此隔热钢附框的上托卡件、支撑柱与下托卡件有效的将内外钢管分开但又将内外钢管连接在一起，此装置用尼龙卡件替代了实木作为附框，解决了钢附框的隔热性能，同时增加了钢附框的使用寿命；此隔热钢附框结构简单，设计合理，增加了门窗同附框之间的空间，更有利于发泡剂膨胀。

如图1所示，支撑柱2一端与上托卡件1固定连接，另一端与下托卡件3固定连接，上托卡件1与下托卡件3呈L型，支撑柱2为圆柱型。
此隔热钢附框的上托卡件1、下托卡件3与支撑柱2有效的将内外钢管分开但又将内外钢管连接在一起，且防止了冷桥现象的发生，此装置用尼龙卡件替代了实木作为附框，解决了钢附框的隔热性能，同时增加了钢附框的使用寿命；此隔热钢附框由上托卡件1、下托卡件3和支撑柱2固定连接而成，结构简单，设计合理，增加了门窗同附框之间的空间，更有利于发泡剂膨胀。

2.如权利要求1所述的一种隔热钢附框，其特征在于：所述的上托卡件（1）与下托卡件（3）呈L型。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种隔热钢附框，其特征在于：所述的支撑柱（2）为圆柱型。
