Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种菌丝体培养瓶,它包括有上下两个瓶口的瓶体和分别与上下瓶口扣合的两个瓶盖,所述瓶盖边缘设有开口。采用本实用新型培养瓶后培养效果更好,有效地缩短了培养周期,降低了污染率,而且菌丝体生长转化彻底,同时,便于更换海绵及清洗瓶盖。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种用于菌丝体培养的容器,尤其涉及一种菌丝体培养瓶。
背景技术
在菌丝体的培养过程中,经常会使用培养瓶。现有技术中的培养瓶有聚乙烯材质的瓶体和瓶盖构成,瓶体具有顶部开口,瓶盖与开口部位扣合,实现开口的封闭。瓶盖由彼此扣合的上、下盖组成,上盖和下盖中间夹有海绵,下盖内侧周围均匀分布多个小孔,小孔可以使空气经过海绵后过滤到瓶内。这种培养瓶适合菌丝体固体培养或蘑菇种植,使用过程中将混匀的培养基装入瓶内,瓶口留少量空间,加盖,蒸汽灭菌,在接种箱内接种、培养。但是,现有的这种培养瓶存在如下缺点:(1)接种时只能在一头接种,接种后菌丝体往下生长,生长过程中由于缺氧,菌丝体很难往下生长,生长速度慢甚至不生长;约长至一半时,由于瓶内下部分缺氧,长速慢而不得不开盖,开盖后菌丝体虽然往下生长,但容易污染杂菌,瓶内下半部分基本没长满,上半部分就污染杂菌了,严重污染菌丝体导致质量不合格或者收率低;这种瓶培养菌丝体存在周期长、菌丝体生长转化不彻底(菌丝体未长满瓶底)、污染率高、成本高等缺点。(2)这种瓶盖清洗困难,上盖和下盖难以分离,需要特制尖的专用工具才能将上盖和下盖分离,上盖和下盖中间所夹海绵不好更换,瓶盖清洗非常不方便,费时费力,更换海绵及清洗瓶盖人工成本高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型旨在克服现有技术的不足,提供一种菌丝体培养瓶。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型提供的技术方案为:
所述菌丝体培养瓶包括有上下两个瓶口的瓶体和分别与上下瓶口扣合的两个瓶盖,所述瓶盖边缘设有开口。
优选地,所述瓶盖包括与瓶口扣合的A盖、与A盖扣合的B盖;所述A盖与B盖之间夹有海绵;所述A盖盖面上设有A开孔,优选4—10个A开孔;所述A盖上与B盖接触的边缘设有开口,优选2—10个开口。
优选地,所述瓶体下瓶口的瓶颈处还设有内垫,所述内垫垫面上设有B开孔,优选1—5个B开孔。所述内垫通过凸出的垫缘与瓶体下瓶口的内缘卡合。
本实用新型所述菌丝体培养瓶材料采用耐高温高压的聚乙烯塑料。本实用新型培养瓶上下两端均开口,可以两头接种,菌丝体往中间生长,生长速度快。本实用新型培养瓶的瓶盖由A盖和B盖组成,A盖与瓶口扣合,B盖与A盖扣合;A盖盖面上设有A开孔,A盖与B盖接触的边缘设有开口,空气通过该开口并经过海绵过滤后从A盖盖面的开孔进入培养瓶内,为培养瓶内的菌丝体提供氧气;A盖与B盖接触的边缘设有开口,有利于分开A盖和B盖(从开口处容易揭开A盖B盖),容易取出海绵,清洗A盖B盖,晾干后放入新海绵,扣合A盖B盖;A盖与B盖接触的边缘设有开口,同时还有利于瓶内多余的水渗出,培养瓶(含培养基)蒸汽灭菌后,蒸汽渗入培养瓶,可能使培养瓶内水分增加,可能有多余水分藏在瓶底,此开口有利于多余水渗出。本实用新型在瓶体下瓶口的瓶颈处设有内垫,该内垫一是支承培养瓶内的固体培养基,二是该内垫与瓶盖之间还存在一定空间,瓶的上瓶口在装瓶时就留有空间用于接种(放置菌种),上瓶口完成接种后倒过来,下瓶口变成上瓶口,取出内垫,接种(此内垫预留空间用于放置菌种)。
下表1为采用本实用新型培养瓶与普通培养瓶菌丝体生长转化的对比实验,从表1结果可知,采用本实用新型培养瓶后培养效果更好,有效地缩短了培养周期,降低了污染率,菌丝体生长转化更彻底,有效成分含量更高,同时,便于更换海绵及清洗瓶盖。

1.一种菌丝体培养瓶,其特征在于,所述培养瓶包括有上下两个瓶口的瓶体(1)和分别与上下瓶口扣合的两个瓶盖(2),所述瓶盖(2)边缘设有开口(7)。
2.如权利要求1所述的培养瓶,其特征在于,所述瓶盖(2)包括与瓶口扣合的A盖(3)、与A盖(3)扣合的B盖(4);所述A盖(3)与B盖(4)之间夹有海绵;所述A盖(3)盖面上设有A开孔(6);所述A盖(3)上与B盖(4)接触的边缘设有开口(7)。
3.如权利要求2所述的培养瓶,其特征在于,所述瓶体(1)下瓶口的瓶颈处还设有内垫(5),所述内垫(5)垫面上设有B开孔(8)。
4.如权利要求3所述的培养瓶,其特征在于,所述内垫(5)通过凸出的垫缘与瓶体(1)下瓶口的内缘卡合。
