技术领域
本实用新型涉及医疗器械领域，具体涉及一种以记忆合金为材料的用于治疗耻骨上支骨折的内固定器械。
背景技术
耻骨是骨盆的重要组成部分，骨折往往影响骨盆的稳定性。耻骨由耻骨上支和耻骨下支组成，耻骨上支骨折较为常见，通常发生在邻近耻骨联合部、耻骨中段或者涉及髋臼前柱前壁，当耻骨骨折引起局部皮肤扭曲变形，骨折块突入泌尿生殖道，压迫髂静脉影响其正常回流，或者合并骨盆后环不稳时，耻骨支的固定就显得十分必要，但是，由于耻骨特殊的解剖结构和位置，目前国内外尚无针对耻骨骨折的有效内固定器械及方法。
形状记忆合金具有与温度相关的形状记忆效应，置于冷介质中时硬度降低易塑形，温度升高时，产生回复力和回弹力，自行回复至原定形状。形状记忆合金之所以具有变形恢复能力，是因为变形过程中材料内部发生的热弹性马氏体相变，形状记忆合金中具有两种相：高温相奥氏体相，低温相马氏体相，根据不同的热力载荷条件，形状记忆合金呈现出两种性能。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对现有技术存在的缺陷，提供一种固定确切、利于患者功能康复的耻骨上支骨折记忆合金内固定器。
本实用新型所解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现。
耻骨上支骨折记忆合金内固定器，包括接骨板，其特征在于：接骨板的一端有耻骨联合固定钩，另一端有若干螺钉固定孔，螺钉固定孔两侧的接骨板边缘有凹槽，耻骨联合固定钩为一半圆环，接骨板呈弧形，上面有至少两组环抱臂。
耻骨上支骨折的患者使用该内固定器时，将耻骨上支骨折记忆合金内固定器置于低温中塑变，骨折复位后，将接骨板的耻骨联合钩固定钩固定在耻骨联合处，通过螺钉固定孔将接骨板的另一端固定在髂骨上，环抱臂环抱骨干，生理盐水复温，耻骨上支骨折记忆合金内固定器向记忆形状回复，耻骨联合钩固定钩和环抱臂受骨孔的限制对骨折端有持续的内聚应力，将耻骨上支的骨折断端稳定于解剖位，保持了骨折端的有效固定，促进了骨折端的愈合。
本实用新型的有益效果是：结构简单，使用方便，力学性能好，能很好贴附于耻骨上支，不但能够牢固固定住耻骨上支骨折，促进骨质愈合，减少手术并发症，而且使用过程简单易行，能够加快手术进行时间，提高手术的效率。

下面结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施方式进行进一步说明。
如附图所示，耻骨上支骨折记忆合金内固定器，包括接骨板5，其特征在于：接骨板5的一端有耻骨联合固定钩2，另一端有若干螺钉固定孔3，螺钉固定孔3两侧的接骨板5边缘有凹槽4，耻骨联合固定钩2为一半圆环，接骨板5呈弧形，上面有至少两组环抱臂1。
本实用新型在使用时，将耻骨上支骨折记忆合金内固定器置于低温中塑变，骨折复位后，将接骨板5的耻骨联合钩固定钩2固定在耻骨联合处，通过螺钉固定孔3将接骨板5的另一端固定在髂骨上，环抱臂1环抱骨干，生理盐水复温，耻骨上支骨折记忆合金内固定器向记忆形状回复，耻骨联合钩固定钩2和环抱臂1受螺钉的限制对骨折端有持续的内聚应力，将耻骨上支的骨折断端稳定于解剖位，保持了骨折端的有效固定，促进了骨折端的愈合。

1.耻骨上支骨折记忆合金内固定器，包括接骨板（5），其特征在于：接骨板（5）的一端有耻骨联合固定钩（2），另一端有若干螺钉固定孔（3），螺钉固定孔（3）两侧的接骨板（5）边缘有凹槽（4），耻骨联合固定钩（2）为一半圆环，接骨板（5）呈弧形，上面有至少两组环抱臂（1）。
