Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种PTFE涂层型太阳能绝缘背板,包括:外耐候层、增强层、粘结层和内耐候层,所述外耐候层、增强层、粘结层和内耐候层依次顺序连接;所述外耐候层为PTFE涂层。本实用新型的外耐候层采用PTFE涂层,具有不沾水和不沾油渍的特点,生产时不容易沾上溶剂,少量污渍可简单擦拭,PTFE涂层也几乎不受任何化学物质侵蚀,可以保护工件免受各类化学酸雨的侵蚀;另外,外耐候层涂覆在增强层上,不需要使用粘合剂,减少了一次复合工艺,起到了节能降耗和降低制造成本的作用,有效提高了成品率。

本实用新型涉及太阳能电池技术领域,特别是涉及一种PTFE涂层型太阳能绝缘背板。
背景技术
太阳能绝缘背板一般是由五层结构组成,增强层和通过粘结层分别复合于增强层两面的外耐候层和内耐候层,增强层和两个耐候层之间通常是通过粘结剂连接。目前太阳能背板存在以下重要问题:加工过程中需要使用粘合剂、外耐候层容易受到化学物质的侵蚀。

本实用新型主要解决的技术问题是提供一种PTFE涂层型太阳能绝缘背板,能够解决现有太阳能背板加工过程需使用粘合剂以及现有太阳能背板的外耐候层不耐化学物质侵蚀的难题。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种PTFE涂层型太阳能绝缘背板,包括:外耐候层、增强层、粘结层和内耐候层,所述外耐候层、增强层、粘结层和内耐候层依次顺序连接;所述外耐候层为PTFE涂层。
在本实用新型一个较佳实施例中,所述PTFE涂层的干膜厚度为20~30μm。
在本实用新型一个较佳实施例中,所述增强层的材料PET膜,厚度为250~280μm。
在本实用新型一个较佳实施例中,所述粘结层的干胶厚度为10~20μm。
在本实用新型一个较佳实施例中,所述内耐候层的厚度为50~70μm。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型一种PTFE涂层型太阳能绝缘背板,其外耐候层采用PTFE涂层,具有以下优点:
1)、PTFE涂层具有不沾水和不沾油渍的特点,生产时不容易沾上溶剂,少量污渍可简单擦拭;
2)、PTFE涂层也几乎不受任何化学物质侵蚀,可以保护工件免受各类化学酸雨的侵蚀;
3)、PTFE涂层可以直接涂覆在增强层表面,就可达到所需的粘结强度,取消了与增强层之间使用的粘结剂,有效提高了成品率、节约了成本。

一种PTFE涂层型太阳能绝缘背板,包括:外耐候层1、增强层2、粘结层3和内耐候层4,所述外耐候层1、增强层2、粘结层3和内耐候层4依次顺序连接;所述外耐候层1为聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)涂层,干膜厚度为20~30μm,采用直接涂覆的方法直接涂布在增强层的一侧,不需要使用粘合剂,因此降低了原材料及能耗;所述增强层2的材料为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)膜,厚度为250~280μm;所述粘结层3的干胶厚度为10~20μm;所述内耐候层4的厚度为50~70μm。

增强层:PET膜,干膜厚度为250μm;
粘结层:干胶厚度为10μm;
内耐候层:厚度为50um内粘结层。

2.根据权利要求1 所述的PTFE涂层型太阳能绝缘背板,其特征在于,所述PTFE 涂层的干膜厚度为20~30μm。
3.根据权利要求1 所述的PTFE涂层型太阳能绝缘背板,其特征在于,所述粘结层的干胶厚度为10~20μm。
