本实用新型涉及材料过滤技术领域，尤其是一种新型过滤装置。
背景技术
过滤网，是由不同网目的金属丝网加工而成，其作用是过滤熔融料流和增加料流阻力，借以滤去机械杂质和提高混炼或塑化的效果，广泛应用于日常生活和工业生产中，但是一层滤网往往很难过滤干净，杂质还是较多。
实用新型内容
为了克服现有的杂质多的不足，本实用新型提供了一种新型过滤装置。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种新型过滤装置，包括粗过滤层，干燥层和精过滤层，粗过滤层为粗效过滤网，粗效过滤网为粗效过滤棉。
根据本实用新型的另一个实施例，进一步包括干燥层为活性炭吸附层。
根据本实用新型的另一个实施例，进一步包括精过滤层为金属橡胶过滤网。
本实用新型的有益效果是，阻止杂质和焦料进入模具，有效吸收材料中的水份，干燥没有被干燥完全的材料。

如图1是本实用新型的结构示意图，一种新型过滤装置，包括粗过滤层1，干燥层2和精过滤层3。材料先经过粗过滤层1，粗过滤层1为粗效过滤网，粗效过滤网为粗效过滤棉，所述粗效过滤网具有超高透气性，阻力低，外框为金属材质，更换方便，容尘量高。然后经过干燥层2，干燥层2为活性炭吸附层，活性炭能有效吸收材料中的水份，起到很好的干燥作用。最后经过精过滤层3，精过滤层3为金属橡胶过滤网，耐腐蚀，强度大，抗冲击，过滤精度高，对材料进行最后净化。该过滤装置能有效阻止杂质和焦料进入模具，吸收材料中的水份，干燥没有被干燥完全的材料。

1.一种新型过滤装置，包括粗过滤层（1），干燥层（2）和精过滤层（3），其特征是，粗过滤层（1）为粗效过滤网，粗效过滤网为粗效过滤棉，干燥层（2）为活性炭吸附层，精过滤层（3）为金属橡胶过滤网。
