本实用新型提供一种食用油贴标输送线用的可调式护栏，所述的护栏为两组，分别相对装配在输送台两侧，每组护栏均包括有固定座、调节杆、栏杆，其中，固定座底部固装在输送台顶部一侧，固定座上部设有调节孔，调节杆活动套装在调节孔内，并与护栏固定块外侧连接，护栏固定块内侧设有卡槽，栏杆卡装在卡槽内，固定座顶部设有锁定调节杆用的锁紧手柄。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及食用油加工设备领域，尤其是指一种食用油贴标输送线用的可调式护栏。
背景技术
食用油也称为“食油”，是指在制作食品过程中使用的，动物或者植物油脂。常温下为液态。 由于原料来源、加工工艺以及品质等原因，常见的食用油多为植物油脂，包括粟米油、花生油、橄榄油、山茶油、棕榈油、芥花子油、葵花子油、大豆油、芝麻油、亚麻籽油、葡萄籽油、玉米油、核桃油等等。现有的贴标输送线两侧是没有护栏或者是采用固定式护栏，不设护栏时，包装箱容易走位，甚至掉下输送线；采用固定护栏，虽然不会掉下输送线，但是包装箱容易走位，大大影响贴标效果。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足，提供一种结构简单、调节方便，可用于各种规格的食用油贴标用的可调式护栏。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型所提供的技术方案为：一种食用油贴标输送线用的可调式护栏，所述的护栏为两组，分别相对装配在输送台两侧，每组护栏均包括有固定座、调节杆、栏杆，其中，固定座底部固装在输送台顶部一侧，固定座上部设有调节孔，调节杆活动套装在调节孔内，并与护栏固定块外侧连接，护栏固定块内侧设有卡槽，栏杆卡装在卡槽内，固定座顶部设有锁定调节杆用的锁紧手柄。
所述的卡槽为两条，分别位于护栏固定块内侧壁的上下两端。
所述的栏杆卡装后位于输送线的一侧凸出护栏固定块内侧壁。
所述每组护栏均贯穿至输送台两端。
本实用新型通过调节杆可以对食用油通过输送线时的宽度进行调节，使贴标时不会走位，使贴标效果更好；本方案的结构简单、调节方便、可用于各种规格的食用油贴标生产线，其使用范围广。

下面结合所有附图对本实用新型作进一步说明，本实用新型的较佳实施例为：参见附图１，本实施例所述的可调式护栏护栏为两组，分别相对装配在输送台4两侧，每组护栏均贯穿至输送台4两端；每组护栏均包括有固定座1、调节杆2、栏杆3，其中，固定座1底部固装在输送台4顶部一侧，固定座1上部设有调节孔5，调节杆2活动套装在调节孔5内，并与护栏固定块6外侧连接，护栏固定块6内侧设有卡槽7，卡槽7为两条，分别位于护栏固定块6内侧壁的上下两端，栏杆3卡装在卡槽7内，栏杆3卡装后位于输送线的一侧凸出护栏固定块6内侧壁。固定座1顶部设有锁定调节杆2用的锁紧手柄8。本方案通过调节杆可以对食用油通过输送线时的宽度进行调节，使贴标时不会走位，使贴标效果更好。

1.一种食用油贴标输送线用的可调式护栏，其特征在于：所述的护栏为两组，分别相对装配在输送台（4）两侧，每组护栏均包括有固定座（1）、调节杆（2）、栏杆（3），其中，固定座（1）底部固装在输送台（4）顶部一侧，固定座（1）上部设有调节孔（5），调节杆（2）活动套装在调节孔（5）内，并与护栏固定块（6）外侧连接，护栏固定块（6）内侧设有卡槽（7），栏杆（3）卡装在卡槽（7）内，固定座（1）顶部设有锁定调节杆（2）用的锁紧手柄（8）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种食用油贴标输送线用的可调式护栏，其特征在于：卡槽（7）为两条，分别位于护栏固定块（6）内侧壁的上下两端。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种食用油贴标输送线用的可调式护栏，其特征在于：栏杆（3）卡装后位于输送线的一侧凸出护栏固定块（6）内侧壁。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种食用油贴标输送线用的可调式护栏，其特征在于：每组护栏均贯穿至输送台（4）两端。
