本实用新型涉及研磨抛光粉体加工领域，特别是涉及一种混料组合搅拌装置。
背景技术
在研磨抛光材料加工过程中，部分流程需要添加催化剂（催化剂的添加量不到总重量的0.3%）。现有技术中，这种催化剂的添加，大都采用人工操作，既增加操作人员的劳动量，又会因添加后的搅拌难以达到均匀的效果，因而，存在产品的品质隐患。

本实用新型主要解决的技术问题是提供一种混料组合搅拌装置，既能减轻操作人员的劳动量、又能很容易实现搅拌均匀、提高产品的品质。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用的一个技术方案是：提供一种混料组合搅拌装置，包括：支架、固定杆、混料装置、搅拌装置和输料装置，所述混料装置、搅拌装置和输料装置通过固定杆固定于支架，混料装置设置于搅拌装置的上方，输料装置设置于混料装置和搅拌装置之间；
所述混料装置包括 ：混料箱、驱动电机A、驱动轴、轴承和转轴，所述混料箱固定于转轴，由转轴带动混料箱转动，转轴通过轴承固定于支架，驱动电机A设置于支架的外侧，由驱动电机A的驱动轴驱动转轴转动，所述混料箱的下端设置有下料口；
所述搅拌装置包括：搅拌箱和驱动电机B，所述搅拌箱内设置有两组螺旋搅拌杆，所述两组螺旋搅拌杆由驱动电机B驱动，所述搅拌箱的下端还设置有出料口；
所述输料装置包括：接料漏斗和输料管道，所述接料漏斗设置于下料口的下方，输料管道连接接料漏斗和搅拌箱。
优选的，所述驱动电机A还包括减速装置A，能够降低驱动电机A的转速，保证混料箱转动时的平稳性。
优选的，所述驱动电机B还包括减速装置B，能够降低驱动电机B的转速，保证螺旋搅拌杆搅拌时的平稳性。
优选的，所述轴承为滚珠轴承，具有较大的承重能力。
优选的，所述下料口还设置有下料阀门，方便控制下料口的闭合。

所述混料装置包括 ：混料箱3、驱动电机A31、驱动轴33、轴承34和转轴35，所述混料箱3固定于转轴35，由转轴35带动混料箱3转动，转轴35通过轴承34固定于支架1，驱动电机A31设置于支架1的外侧，由驱动电机A31的驱动轴33驱动转轴35转动，所述混料箱3的下端设置有下料口36；
所述搅拌装置包括：搅拌箱4和驱动电机B41，所述搅拌箱4内设置有两组螺旋搅拌杆43，所述两组螺旋搅拌杆43由驱动电机B41驱动，所述搅拌箱4的下端还设置有出料口44；
所述输料装置包括：接料漏斗5和输料管道6，所述接料漏斗5设置于下料口36的下方，输料管道6连接接料漏斗5和搅拌箱4。
所述混料箱3可以360度旋转，将少量物料投入混料箱3中，启动驱动电机A31，驱动电机A31的驱动轴33驱动转轴35转动，将混料箱3中的少量物料混合均匀，混合之后打开下料阀门37，物料从下料口36落入接料漏斗5，再通过输料管道6送入搅拌箱4，与大宗物料在搅拌箱4中搅拌均匀，达到助剂和粉末材料的混合均匀。
本实用新型的混料组合搅拌装置，适用于研磨抛光粉体材料与微量助剂的均匀混合，也可用于其它粉末生产中的物料均匀搅拌。

所述混料装置包括 ：混料箱、驱动电机A、驱动轴、轴承和转轴，所述混料箱固定于转轴，由转轴带动混料箱转动，转轴通过轴承固定于支架，驱动电机A设置于支架的外侧，由驱动电机A的驱动轴驱动转轴转动，所述混料箱的下端设置有下料口；
所述搅拌装置包括：搅拌箱和驱动电机B，所述搅拌箱内设置有两组螺旋搅拌杆，所述两组螺旋搅拌杆由驱动电机B驱动，所述搅拌箱的下端还设置有出料口；
所述输料装置包括：接料漏斗和输料管道，所述接料漏斗设置于下料口的下方，输料管道连接接料漏斗和搅拌箱。
