本实用新型属于漆料加工辅助设备，尤其涉及一种高速分散机。 
背景技术
高速分散机主要用于各种油漆、涂料、油墨、染料、塑料等行业用于对物料进行搅拌、调和、溶解和分散。现有的高速分散机没有定时装置，工人都是开机后看时间去计时，或是不看时间，按估算的分散时间去计时，往往会影响产品质量，产品会出现分散不均的情况，与此同时，还浪费了人力，工作效率较低。 
发明内容
为了克服现有高速分散机无定时功能、浪费人力、工作效率较低的不足，本实用新型提供一种具有定时功能、节省人力、工作效率较高的高速分散机。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是： 
一种高速分散机，包括底座、升降立柱、横梁、电机和分散轴，所述底座上竖直固定安装有所述升降立柱的固定座，所述升降立柱的伸缩杆上固定安装所述横梁，所述横梁上安装有所述电机，所述电机的输出轴与所述分散轴联动，所述分散轴竖向布置，所述分散轴的下部伸入到待分散料缸的内腔底部，所述电机的启动开关、停止开关安装在控制箱内，其特征在于：所述控制箱内还包括用以设定工作周期 的定时设定模块，用于根据启动开关信号开始计时并当到达工作周期后向停止开关发出指令的定时控制模块，所述定时设定模块与控制面板连接，所述启动开关、停止开关和定时设定模块均与所述定时控制模块连接。 
进一步，所述定时控制模块与用于当达到工作周期后发出告警信号的报警输出模块连接，所述报警输出模块与所述报警器连接。 
更进一步，所述报警器安装在横梁上，所述控制箱外设置有所述控制面板，所述控制箱安装于所述升降立柱上。 
本实用新型中，定时设定模块和定时控制模块均采用硬件电路芯片来实现，可以将定时控制模块和定时控制模块集成到一块控制板上。

参照图1，一种高速分散机，包括底座1、升降立柱2、横梁3、电机4和分散轴5，所述底座1上竖直固定安装有所述升降立柱2的固定座，所述升降立柱2的伸缩杆上固定安装所述横梁3，所述横梁3上安装有所述电机4，所述电机4的输出轴与所述分散轴5联动，所述分散轴5竖向布置，所述分散轴5的下部伸入到待分散料缸的内 腔底部，所述高速分散机还包括定时装置，所述定时装置包括控制面板、计时器7和报警器8，所述控制面板与控制器连接，所述控制器同时与所述计时器7、所述报警器8、所述电机4连接。 
进一步，所述计时器7和所述控制器均安装于控制箱9内，所述控制箱9外设置有所述控制面板，所述控制箱9安装于所述升降立柱2上。 
再进一步，所述报警器8安装于所述横梁3上。 
本实施例中，工人通过操作控制面板进行时间的设定，时间设定后，时间信息传递给控制器，控制器控制计时器7开始计时，同时控制分散轴5开始分散工序，此段时间工人可以去进行其他作业，时间到了后，时间信息传递给控制器，控制器控制报警器8报警，同时控制分散轴5停止工作，从而完成产品的分散工序；除此之外，采用定时装置后，当有特殊工艺要求时，可根据特殊工艺要求进行时间设定，从而完成不同的工艺要求，不仅对产品质量有了一定的保证，而且还能提高工人的工作效率。

1.一种高速分散机，包括底座、升降立柱、横梁、电机和分散轴，所述底座上竖直固定安装有所述升降立柱的固定座，所述升降立柱的伸缩杆上固定安装所述横梁，所述横梁上安装有所述电机，所述电机的输出轴与所述分散轴联动，所述分散轴竖向布置，所述分散轴的下部伸入到待分散料缸的内腔底部，其特征在于：所述高速分散机还包括定时装置，所述定时装置包括控制面板、计时器和报警器，所述控制面板与控制器连接，所述控制器同时与所述计时器、所述报警器、所述电机连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的高速分散机，其特征在于：所述计时器和所述控制器均安装于控制箱内，所述控制箱外设置有所述控制面板，所述控制箱安装于所述升降立柱上。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的高速分散机，其特征在于：所述报警器安装于所述横梁上。
