本实用型属于矿热炉设备用压力环通水部件，属于矿热炉设备制造行业。
背景技术
矿热炉液压***电极的升降、压放、倒拔都必须靠液压***的良好设计和合理配置来完成。而液压***的工作介质-液压油，是进行能量和信号传递的重要部分。给压力环波纹管膨胀箱供油的油管，其工作环境比较恶劣，直接受炉温炙烤，通常把油管套装在进水管里(也有很多使用者将油管裸露在外面)，以降低油温，原来油水接口的结构如图一所示，油管套装在水管里，进水管插到油水接口下部，水的密封用盘根，水管的固定靠压盖螺栓来固定，这种结构的弊端是，水管在生产中由于电极的上下动作很容易拔开松动，导致漏水，很多时候只好焊死，焊死后检修时又要割开，很不方便。
发明内容
本实用新型针对现有技术的不足，提供了一种便于拆卸、使用寿命长、提高工作效率、降低维修成本、密封效果好的矿热炉压力环油水冷却装置。
为实现本实用新型目的，提供了以下技术方案：矿热炉压力环油水冷却装置，包括油水接口上、下段、设置于油水接口上段上端的焊接水管接头以及套设于油水接口内的油管，其特征在于所述油水接口上、下段套接处设置有对接法兰，对接法兰通过螺栓收紧连接，所述油水接口上段的末端***油水接口下段的上端，末端底面压紧于油水接口下段内孔开设的阶梯档面上，所述油水接口上段的末端设置有径向、轴向O型密封圈。
本实用新型的有益效果：在油水接口的上下段都焊有连接法兰，在油水管上段设计了径向和轴向两道密封，上下用螺栓连接，这样两道O型密封也压得很紧，解决了压力环油水接口的漏水问题。在油水接口上段的上端装一个焊接式管接头，更换压力环时，将活结的地方直接拧开，即可更换或检修压力环，省时省力，提高工作效率，降低维修成本。

矿热炉压力环油水冷却装置，包括油水接口上、下段（001、002）、设置于油水接口上段001上端的焊接水管接头003以及套设于油水接口内的油管004，所述油水接口上、下段（001、002）套接处设置有对接法兰005，对接法兰005通过螺栓收紧连接，所述油水接口上段001的末端***油水接口下段002的上端，末端底面压紧于油水接口下段002内孔开设的阶梯档面上，所述油水接口上段001的末端设置有径向、轴向O型密封圈（006、007）。
