本实用新型的目的是提供一种稳定有效降低外界工频磁场影响的继电器用硬连接取样的锰铜分流器。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型所采取的技术方案是：一种取样线中有硬取样丝的锰铜分流器，包括串联焊接于继电器负载端子上的锰铜分流片本体和两个取样点，分别从两个取样点连接有引出取样线；其中一引出取样线包括硬取样丝和引出导线，该硬取样丝上套有套管，所述硬取样丝从锰铜分流片本体的正面穿过圆孔至锰铜分流片本体的背面后，其末端与引出导线头部焊接在一起，所述引出导线与从另一引出取样导线相互缠绕引出。
本实用新型的有益效果是：由于采用上述结构，一取样线由硬取样丝和引出导线焊接而成，硬取样丝通过锰铜分流片本体的正面穿孔到背面，再通过硬取样丝末端焊接的引出导线与另一取样导线相互缠绕引出，使穿过取样电阻的取样线固化，可有效降低外界工频磁场对锰铜分流片的影响。
