如图1和图2所示,一种污水处理用曝气***,包括鼓风机1、曝气干管2、曝气支管3和进气管4,曝气干管2通过曝气支管3与进气管4连通,进气管4与鼓风机1连通,曝气干管2有多根,每根曝气干管2均相互平行设置,每根曝气干管2上均平均设置有多根曝气管5,每根曝气管5的顶部均设置有多个微孔曝气头6,每个微孔曝气头6与曝气管5均垂直设置,每个所述微孔曝气头6的顶部均设置有呈半球面形结构的过滤网7,微孔曝气6均通过螺纹8与曝气管5连接。
由于在微孔曝气头的顶部设置了过滤网,可以有效地防止杂质沉降在微孔上进行造成堵塞。反之,在曝气过程中,从微孔出来的气体也起到对过滤网清洗的效果,使得过滤网上的沉降脱落,不会对曝气过程造成影响。从一定程度上提高了曝气效率,减少后期清洗维护的次数,大大节约了生产成本。
