本实用新型涉及新型燃料,尤其是涉及一种燃烧效率高且可调节的生物质燃烧炉。 
背景技术
生物质炉采用生物质成型燃料(碎木柴、薪柴、秸秆、玉米芯各种果壳以及各种生物质压块等)作为炊事、取暖、烧水等的工具,其燃烧效率高,废弃物排放小,节能环保,越来越多的被农村家庭使用。但是现有的生物质炉燃烧时炉膛内的空气进风和排风效率低,影响了生物质燃料的燃烧效率。 
发明内容
为了克服现有生物质炉的缺陷,本实用新型旨在提供一种燃烧效率高且风量可调的生物质燃烧炉。 
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:一种生物质燃烧炉,包括炉台、炉体、炉膛与支脚,所述炉台位于炉体顶部,炉膛位于炉体内,炉体底部安装有支脚,所述炉膛上部与加料管连通,炉膛下部与通风管连通,炉膛侧壁设置有通风孔,炉膛与炉体之间留有风道,炉体与炉台之间留有排风口,所述炉膛与炉体之间还设置有调节板,调节板上设置有与炉膛通风孔一一对应的调节孔,调节板外壁连接有把手,加料管、通风管与把手均伸出炉体外。 
根据以上所述的生物质燃烧炉,所述炉台、炉体与炉膛均为圆柱形,调节板为贴合炉膛外壁的弧形板。 
所述加料管斜向下设置,通风管水平设置。 
所述炉膛底板与炉膛转动连接。 
所述炉体上留有供把手横向转动的转动缝。 
采用以上结构方案后,本实用新型的生物质燃烧炉,其炉膛与炉体形成风道且通风量可根据需要进行调节,有利于生物质燃料的充分燃烧,节能环保。

如图1所示,一种生物质燃烧炉,包括炉台1、炉体2、炉膛4与支脚7,炉台1、炉体2与炉膛4均为圆柱形; 
所述炉台1位于炉体2顶部,炉膛4位于炉体2内,炉体2底部安装有支脚7,所述炉膛4上部与斜向下的加料管5连通,炉膛4下部与水平的通风管6连通,炉膛4侧壁设置有通风孔40,炉膛底板41与炉膛4转动连接;
炉膛4与炉体2之间留有风道8,炉体2与炉台1之间留有排风口80,所述炉膛4与炉体2之间、紧贴炉膛4外壁设置有弧形的调节板3,调节板3上设置有与炉膛通风孔40一一对应的调节孔30,调节板3外壁连接有把手31,把手31经转动缝20穿出炉体2外。
关闭炉膛底板41,通过加料管5向炉膛内加入燃料,生物质燃料燃烧时,空气从通风管进入炉膛4,然后向上从通风孔40、调节孔30进入风道8后从排风口80排出,足量的空气进入炉膛4内。可以保证燃料充分燃烧。 
调节时,横向转动把手31使调节板3的调节孔31与炉膛4的通风孔40产生错位即可减少空气流通,调节炉火大小。 
转动连接的炉膛底板41,可以方便的将炉膛4底部内的废料清出保证燃烧效率。

1. 一种生物质燃烧炉,包括炉台、炉体、炉膛与支脚,所述炉台位于炉体顶部,炉膛位于炉体内,炉体底部安装有支脚,其特征在于:所述炉膛上部与加料管连通,炉膛下部与通风管连通,炉膛侧壁设置有通风孔,炉膛与炉体之间留有风道,炉体与炉台之间留有排风口,所述炉膛与炉体之间还设置有调节板,调节板上设置有与炉膛通风孔一一对应的调节孔,调节板外壁连接有把手,加料管、通风管与把手均伸出炉体外。
2.根据权利要求1所述的生物质燃烧炉,其特征在于:所述炉台、炉体与炉膛均为圆柱形,调节板为贴合炉膛外壁的弧形板。
