技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种书写用笔，特别涉及一种能擦字迹的中性笔。
背景技术
一般现有的中性笔在纸张上书写后的字迹是不能擦掉的，只能用涂改液涂掉或继续用中性笔将错误之处划掉，这样处理后使得书写的页面留下污点，使得整篇文章看起来不够整洁，而且还占据书写错误的字迹的位置。另外，目前小学生从最初使用能擦掉字迹的铅笔过度到使用不能擦掉字迹的中性笔期间，错字的出现而不能消除会使他们感到不适应，在一定程度上打击了他们使用中性笔书写的积极性。
目前市场上有一种能擦字迹的中性笔，其原理是将墨水成分进行了处理，使得墨水成分共分为三种成分：生色材料，显色剂和变色温度调整剂。在常温时，生色材料和显色剂结合产生颜色，但当温度高于某一临界温度以上，变色温度调整剂就会发挥作用，阻止生色材料和显色剂两者结合，从而使颜色消失，并且在常温下都不会恢复颜色。
上述这种中性笔在设有笔尖的笔头的另一端，也就是笔的尾部设有一橡胶头。该橡胶头用来与纸面摩擦生热，当摩擦温度高于临界温度值时，墨水字迹变成透明从而看起来字迹就像消失了一样。利用这种原理，将书写和擦除字迹集中于一只笔上，不会像擦除铅笔字迹一样会产生橡皮屑，也区别于化学性质的涂改液。擦除后的位置依然能以继续书写，节省纸张又环保。但目前这种能擦字迹的中性笔的橡胶头设置在中性笔的尾部，需要擦字迹时需要停止书写后将笔的尾部旋转到纸面一侧来擦，擦好了再旋转回去继续书写。操作不够灵活和快捷。
实用新型内容
为了克服现有的技术上的不足，本实用新型公开了一种能擦字迹的中性笔，其用于擦除字迹的橡胶头设置在笔尖的一侧，使得擦除字迹更加方便和快捷，与接下来继续书写动作连贯性好。
为实现上述实用新型目的，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：
一种能擦字迹的中性笔，包括笔杆，其内设有带笔尖的笔芯，笔尖能伸出笔杆头部进行书写，在笔杆头部的笔尖一侧设置有能擦除字迹的橡胶头。
进一步的，还包括控制中性笔笔尖伸出和缩回笔杆的按钮，该按钮设置在笔杆的尾部或笔杆上。
进一步的，笔杆包括上笔杆和下笔杆，该按钮设置在下笔杆上。
本实用新型由于采用了如上所述技术方案，橡胶头设置在笔杆的头部靠近笔尖的一侧，能实现快速、便捷的擦除字迹，与接下来继续书写动作连贯性好的有益效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步描述：
请参阅图1和图2，能擦字迹的中性笔10包括笔杆1，连接笔杆1头部的橡胶头4，笔芯5，按钮6和弹簧7。其中笔杆1包括上标杆2和下笔杆3。橡胶头4连接在下笔杆3上，橡胶头4的材质是已知的热塑性橡胶（Thermoplastic Rubber-TPR）。热塑性橡胶是一种兼具橡胶和热塑性塑料特性的材料，即在常温下显示橡胶弹性，高温下又能塑化成型的高分子材料。笔芯5下部是书写用的笔尖51。笔芯5下部套在弹簧7上并装入下笔杆3内，再将笔芯5 套入上笔杆2内，通过下笔杆3和上笔杆2之间的螺纹将上笔杆2和下笔杆3旋转安装固定。按压按钮6能控制笔芯5的笔尖51伸出和收缩回下笔杆3。
当书写时，按压按钮6，笔尖51从笔杆1内伸出书写。当书写字迹出错时，按压按钮6，笔尖51收缩回笔杆1内，不用将笔做任何旋转而直接使用位于笔杆1头部的橡胶头4在错误字迹处做摩擦擦除的动作，随着摩擦温度升高，错误字迹被擦除掉。接下来再按压按钮6，使笔尖51伸出笔杆1后继续书写。
此外，本实用新型能擦字迹的中性笔根据使用需要，还能将控制笔尖伸出和收缩回笔杆的按钮设置在笔杆上，尤其是设置在下笔杆上，更加方便使用者操作收回笔尖而进行擦除动作，擦除字迹后，又方便使用者操作将笔尖伸出继续书写。
本实用新型的技术范围不仅仅局限于上述说明中的内容，本领域技术人员能以在不脱离本实用新型技术思想的前提下，对上述实施例进行多种变形和修改，而这些变形和修改均应当属于本实用新型的范围内。

1.一种能擦字迹的中性笔，包括笔杆，其内设有带笔尖的笔芯，笔尖能伸出笔杆头部进行书写，其特征在于：在笔杆头部的笔尖一侧设置有能擦除字迹的橡胶头。
2.如权利要求1所述的能擦字迹的中性笔，其特征在于：还包括控制中性笔笔尖伸出和缩回笔杆的按钮，该按钮设置在笔杆的尾部或笔杆上。
3.如权利要求2所述的能擦字迹的中性笔，其特征在于：笔杆包括上笔杆和下笔杆，该按钮设置在下笔杆上。
4.如权利要求3所述的能擦字迹的中性笔，其特征在于：橡胶头连接在下笔杆上。
