技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种可汽化材料的插塞以及用于蒸汽产生装置的含可汽化材料的胶囊。
背景技术
加热而不是燃烧例如烟草的可汽化材料,以生成供吸入的蒸汽的装置变得日益受欢迎。这类装置通常包括热源以及腔室,该热源由气或电来提供动力,该腔室用于接纳可汽化材料的插塞或包含蒸汽产生产品的一次性胶囊。在使用中,插塞或胶囊被***所述装置内,并且由热源加热从而产生供吸入的蒸汽。这种装置的示例能够在PCT公布WO2009/079641中找到。
这类装置因为能够为用户提供非常类似于抽吸可汽化材料的体验但是又不用燃烧例如烟草的植物材料,而变得日益受欢迎。

所述插塞中,整个插塞的深度与位于所述插塞的基部与所述空腔之间的可汽化材料的厚度之比可处于13:1到4:1的范围中。

插塞可被设置在胶囊中。
利用插塞或胶囊(胶囊的内含物包括限定方式的插塞),可以按产品方式提供具有精确并恒定的填充物的胶囊。此外,通过限定插塞内材料的厚度,且通过在内含物内设置空腔,就能够当插塞或包含这种插塞的胶囊在使用中被加热时,非常明确地限定蒸汽向用户释放的速度以及经过多少时间长度来释放蒸汽。此外,通过设置空腔,能够明显减小吸入由该材料产生的蒸汽时,用户所体验到的吸入阻力。
使用加热装置时,截头圆锥形的插塞可明显改善味道输送的恒定性并极大地改善用户的体验。截头圆锥形相对于与插塞或胶囊的基部垂直的直线的倾斜角可处于10°到15°的范围中,并且可约为12°。
应理解,插塞的基部与空腔之间内含物的厚度可被控制,以优化蒸汽的发生以及吸入的特性,并且这种控制可根据插塞的整个深度、材料内含物和材料的体积变化。所述厚度可被控制,使得整个插塞的深度与位于基部与空腔之间的材料的厚度之比处于13:1到4:1的范围中。在一个实施例中,可形成空腔,使得空腔与插塞或胶囊的基部之间的内含物的厚度处于1.5mm±0.5mm的范围中。
插塞的材料可包括烟草。

具体实施方式
参照图1,其示出基本上在PCT公布WO2009/079641中所描述类型的烟草加热装置1。该装置具有入口件10、本体11、加热器12、加热室13和燃料源(燃料罐)14。该装置通常还具有控制部件,用以调节该装置(特别是调节该加热室内)的温度,进而控制在使用中被放置在装置内的容器(胶囊)20。尽管该示例性装置使用易燃燃料作为热源,但应理解,该装置可具有另一种类型的热源和能源,例如电气加热器和电池。
在使用中,在用户的控制下,胶囊20被***加热室13内,来自燃料罐14的燃料被供应至加热器12以加热加热室13。胶囊20的内含物通过加热器12的加热,从而基于容器的内含物生成烟雾蒸汽(aerosol vapour),然后该烟雾被用户经由入口件10吸入。

胶囊20包括外本体21,外本体21具有基部22和开口23。优选地,胶囊本体由能够承受至少180℃温度的金属、晶体或非晶体无机陶瓷、或塑性材料制成。根据本实用新型的胶囊的优选材料可以是铝。

申请人已认识到,通过控制可汽化材料的插塞25的内含物相对于这些内含物距插塞的基部的分布,能够预定插塞25在使用中被加热时,所述内含物相对于时间的加热分布曲线。这样又接下来确保了能够以相当程度的恒定性和准确性,来预定给用户提供的蒸汽(且因此还有味道)。通过确定插塞的基部(被施加热量的部位)的材料厚度,能够预定在最初加热时所释放的蒸汽量,从而定量控制释放给用户的味道。已经确定,1.5mm±0.5mm的厚度范围在确保加热开始之后快速产生蒸汽方面特别有益。亦即在图2中所示的示例中,深度与厚度的相对比值处于大约以13:1到4:1的范围中。

如应理解的,通过设置截头圆锥形的空腔,能够设定插塞材料关于时间的相对线性的加热分布曲线,由此提供线性的蒸汽输送量。还应注意,可汽化材料的插塞可被直接***装置的加热部中,而不必首先被引入胶囊。使插塞引入胶囊有助于用户以卫生的方式移除用过的插塞,并避免先前的插塞留在加热部中的残余物污染干净的插塞。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于蒸汽产生装置的可汽化材料的插塞,所述蒸汽产生装置通过至少加热所述插塞的基部而产生蒸汽,其特征在于,所述插塞包括:
可汽化材料,被成形为使得在所述可汽化材料内限定空腔,其中,所述空腔呈截头圆锥形,顶点邻近所述插塞的基部。
