本实用新型涉及一种可通过电压控制呈散射态或投射态的电子智能玻璃。
背景技术
为了设计出兼顾透光和保护私密的建筑,在设置门窗方面非常有难度,一般玻璃至少还需配上窗帘机构才能满足。另外室内应用的一般玻璃,由于其透光率是固定的,如需做更多变化只能增设窗帘或贴纸,非常不灵活。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种具有开放和隐密保护双重功能的、结构简单且导通电路灵敏迅速的电子智能玻璃。
根据本实用新型的一个方面,提供了一种电子智能玻璃,包括玻璃板和设于玻璃板上的电子调光片,电子调光片包括两层保护膜和一层导电调光膜,两层保护膜分别设于导电调光膜两侧。
其有益效果是,电子调光片通电时呈投射(透明)态,断电时呈散射(透光不透明)态,电子调光片可附于玻璃板上,广泛应用在卧室、浴室、会议室等地方,便于隐私或作为投影墙等用途。
在一些实施方式中,还包括两个导通组件,导通组件由导电片和电线焊接构成,导电片与导电调光膜连接。
其有益效果是,导通组件是控制电子调光片内导电调光膜电路状态的一种方式,通过在导电调光膜设置两组导通组件,使导电调光膜形成一个完整的回路,导通组件的电线外接开关,通过控制开关即可便捷控制导电调光膜电路导通或阻断。
在一些实施方式中,电子调光片与导电片的连接处设有连接端,导电片绕设于连接端
其有益效果是,增加导电片与连接端的接触面积,改良电路回路的稳定性和灵敏度。
在一些实施方式中,导电片与连接端通过焊接连接。
其有益效果是,一种导电片与连接端的特殊连接方式,通过焊接使导电片与连接端稳固连接,且增强电路回路的稳定性和灵敏度。
在一些实施方式中,电线夹设于导电片与连接端之间。
其有益效果是,一种导通组件与连接端的连接方式,电线夹设于导电片与连接端之间,增强电路回路的稳定性和灵敏度。
在一些实施方式中,电子调光片与玻璃板通过透明双面胶连接。
其有益效果是,使电子调光片稳固附着于玻璃板上,且透明双面胶降低对导通电路时电子调光片的透明度的影响。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详细的说明。
结合图1和图2,电子智能玻璃主要由玻璃板1和电子调光片2构成。电子调光片2附在玻璃板1上,一般而言,电子调光片2是夹在两块玻璃板1之间,实际生产中,也可根据需要内嵌在一块玻璃板1内。本实施例中结合图1为便于观察,电子调光片2是附着在玻璃板1上的连接关系。电子调光片2包括两层保护膜21和一层导电调光膜22,两层保护膜21分别贴在导电调光膜22两侧本实施例中的导电调光膜22是一种液晶膜,保护膜21是PVB膜。
在自然状态下,导电调光膜22内部液晶的排列是无规则的,液晶折射率比PVB聚合物的折射率低,入射光在聚合物发生散射,呈乳白色,即不透明。导电调光膜22相当于平面电极,通电以后,弥散分布液晶的聚合物内液滴重新排列,液晶从无序排列变为定向有序排列,使液晶的折射率与聚合物的折射率相等,入射光完全通过,形成透明状态。
电子智能玻璃通过这种电致透明的电子调光片2,使玻璃板1应用在其惯用的场合中具备额外的功能,如在会议室、浴室、卧室中,通过对电路控制,使电子调光片2在投射态和散射态两种状态中切换,散射态时透光不透明,可有效阻挡视线,增加隐私性,或可用于投影时作为投影墙,投射态时呈透明,可增加室内光亮度和宽敞度,因此使玻璃墙面增加了更丰富智能的用途。
本实施例中,电子调光片2通过透明双面胶4稳住附着于玻璃板1上,透明双面胶4可降低对导通电路时电子调光片2的透明度的影响。
本实施例中,对电子智能玻璃的电路控制如图3所示,电子智能玻璃加设有两个导通组件3,导通组件3包括导电片31和电线32焊接构成,导电片31与导电调光膜22连接。导通组件3是控制电子调光片2内导电调光膜22电路状态的一种方式,通过在导电调光膜22设置两组导通组件3,使导电调光膜22形成一个完整的回路,导通组件3的电线32外接开关,通过控制开关即可便捷控制导电调光膜22电路导通或阻断。
电子调光片2与导电片31的连接处设有连接端23,导电片31绕设于连接端23,导电片31与连接端23通过焊接连接,电线32夹设于导电片31与连接端23之间,导电片31绕设在连接端23外侧可增加导电片31与连接端23的接触面积,这种特殊的连接方式,稳固了导电片31与连接端23之间的连接,结构简单但电路导通非常稳定且灵敏。

1.电子智能玻璃,包括玻璃板(1)和设于所述玻璃板(1)上的电子调光片(2),其特征在于,所述电子调光片(2)包括两层保护膜(21)和一层导电调光膜(22),两层所述保护膜(21)分别设于导电调光膜(22)两侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电子智能玻璃,其特征在于,还包括两个导通组件(3),所述导通组件(3)由导电片(31)和电线(32)焊接构成,所述导电片(31)与导电调光膜(22)连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的电子智能玻璃,其特征在于,所述电子调光片(2)与导电片(31)的连接处设有连接端(23),所述导电片(31)绕设于所述连接端(23)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的电子智能玻璃,其特征在于,所述导电片(31)与连接端(23)通过焊接连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的电子智能玻璃,其特征在于,所述电线(32)夹设于所述导电片(31)与连接端(23)之间。
6.根据权利要求5所述的电子智能玻璃,其特征在于,所述电子调光片(2)与玻璃板(1)通过透明双面胶(4)连接。
