随着人们消防意识不断增强,消防安全极为重要,目前监控场使用的普通射频电缆一般由普通聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯材料为主,如发生火灾等安全事故时线缆本身的阻燃、低烟等消防性能较差,以及抗压性,防鼠咬方面需要改善。

发明目的:针对现有技术中存在的不足,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种消防用无卤低烟铠装射频电缆,使其具有无卤、低烟、阻燃等消防性能,以及抗压,防鼠咬等特点,满足使用需求。 
技术方案:为了实现上述实用新型目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案为: 
一种消防用无卤低烟铠装射频电缆,包括内导体、绝缘层、屏蔽层、玻璃布纤维带、内护套、铠装层和外护套;内导体为多股无氧铜丝绞合而成,在内导体包裹绝缘层,所述的绝缘层为低密度聚乙烯绝缘料;在所述的绝缘层外包裹屏蔽密度达90%以上的采用镀锡铜丝编织密网构成的屏蔽层;在所述的屏蔽层外依次包裹玻璃布纤维带、内护套、铠装层和外护套。 
所述内护套为高密度聚乙烯内护套。 
所述的铠装层为双层镀锌钢带。 
所述的外护套为无卤低烟阻燃聚烯烃外护套。 
有益效果:与现有技术相比,本实用新型的消防用无卤低烟铠装射频电缆,该电缆结构合理,使用性能好,具有无卤、低烟、阻燃等消防性能,以及抗压,防鼠咬等优点,能满足使用需求,具有很好的实用性。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体附图对本实用新型作进一步的说明。 
如图1所示,消防用无卤低烟铠装射频电缆,由内到外依次包裹的内导体1、绝缘层2、屏蔽层3、玻璃布纤维带4、内护套5、铠装层6和外护套7组成。内导体1采用多股无氧铜丝;绝缘层2为低密度聚乙烯绝缘料,生产时采用分段循环水冷却,保证绝缘层均匀一 致,介质损耗小;屏蔽层3采用镀锡铜丝编织密网构成,屏蔽密度达90%以上,增强其抗干扰性能;在屏蔽层3和内护套5之间包裹玻璃布纤维带4,该材料具有优良的阻燃,耐火性能;电缆的内护套5采用高密度聚乙烯护套料,硬度较高,很好的解决了钢带铠装时因半成品较细,且柔软易造成的产品受伤,及内导体断路等问题,铠装层6为双层镀锌钢带,电缆直埋时具有较好的抗压作用,并可防止老鼠咬伤电缆,最外层外护套7采用无卤低烟阻燃聚烯烃护套料,颜色为红色,以示警示,与消防设施颜色一致,区别于其他布线,该材料具有环保、无毒、低烟、阻燃等优良性能,技术指标符合JB/T 10707-2007标准及欧盟RoHS环保指令要求。 
本实用新型的消防用无卤低烟铠装射频电缆,具有无卤、低烟、阻燃等消防性能,以及抗压,防鼠咬等优点,能满足使用需求,具有很好的实用性。

1.一种消防用无卤低烟铠装射频电缆,其特征在于:包括内导体(1)、绝缘层(2)、屏蔽层(3)、玻璃布纤维带(4)、内护套(5)、铠装层(6)和外护套(7);内导体(1)为多股无氧铜丝绞合而成,在内导体(1)包裹绝缘层(2),所述的绝缘层(2)为低密度聚乙烯绝缘料;在所述的绝缘层(2)外包裹屏蔽密度达90%以上的采用镀锡铜丝编织密网构成的屏蔽层(3);在所述的屏蔽层(3)外依次包裹玻璃布纤维带(4)、内护套(5)、铠装层(6)和外护套(7)。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的消防用无卤低烟铠装射频电缆,其特征在于:所述内护套(5)为高密度聚乙烯内护套。 
3.根据权利要求1所述的消防用无卤低烟铠装射频电缆,其特征在于:所述的铠装层(6)为双层镀锌钢带。 
4.根据权利要求1所述的消防用无卤低烟铠装射频电缆,其特征在于:所述的外护套(7)为无卤低烟阻燃聚烯烃外护套。
