一种拼装式铝合金风道门板，由风道仓门上（1）、风道仓门下（2）与仓门拼装支架（3）组成，风道仓门上（1）背面设有多个风道仓门上槽口（11），风道仓门下（2）背面设有多个风道仓门上槽口（21），仓门拼装支架（3）上设有多个孔位与风道仓门上槽口（11）及风道仓门下槽口（21）相对应，其特征在于：所述的风道仓门上（1）通过仓门拼装支架（3）与风道仓门下（2）连接拼装成一个风道门板整体。本实用新型，结构简单、减小了前期开发模具的投入，解决了大型挤压设备生产成本高，且小截面挤压型材可以减小壁厚降低了生产成本。

本实用新型涉及车辆公交客车内饰领域，特别是涉及一种拼装式铝合金风道门板。
背景技术
公交车风道板安装在车厢内侧壁的顶部，风道板与车厢内侧壁结合，组成风道。传统风道板的组成部分有风道门板，风道门板主要有塑料或者玻璃钢制成，塑料制作的风道板通过吸塑成型，工艺较复杂，容易产生气泡、折皱、鼓包及破损等缺点，且材料成本高，模具费用投入大，行业竞争力不高；玻璃钢风制作的道板因含玻璃纤维，不能回收再利用，且表面需进行打磨，再进行喷漆或覆皮处理，工作量大；塑料或者玻璃钢风道板的强度及刚度较差，容易发生变形及损坏。另外还有使用铝合金单型材挤拉成型的风道门板，这种挤压设备大，挤压加工费用高，由于挤压设备吨位大，从挤压工艺性考虑，须增加截面壁厚才能成型，增加生产成本，行业竞争优势低。
发明内容
针对上述缺陷，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种拼装式铝合金风道门板，通过风道仓门上、仓门拼装支架与风道仓门下拼装，风道仓门上通过仓门拼装支架与风道仓门下连接拼装成一个风道门板整体。
本实用新型的技术方案是通过以下方式实现的：一种拼装式铝合金风道门板，由风道仓门上、仓门拼装支架与风道仓门下组成，风道仓门上背面设有多个风道仓门上槽口，风道仓门下背面设有多个风道仓门上槽口，仓门拼装支架上设有多个孔位与风道仓门上槽口及风道仓门下槽口相对应，其特征在于：风道仓门上通过仓门拼装支架与风道仓门下连接拼装成一个风道门板整体。
所述的风道仓门上、风道仓门下表面可进行喷涂处理。
本实用新型，结构简单、安装方便快捷，减小了前期开发模具的投入，解决了大型挤压设备生产成本高，且小截面挤压型材可以减小壁厚降低了生产成本。

由图1知，一种拼装式铝合金风道门板，由风道仓门上1、风道仓门下2与仓门拼装支架3组成，风道仓门上1背面设有多个风道仓门上槽口11，风道仓门下2背面设有多个风道仓门上槽口21，仓门拼装支架3上设有多个孔位与风道仓门上槽口11及风道仓门下槽口21对应。先在风道仓门上1背面的槽口11内安装上固定螺栓，再通过固定螺栓将风道仓门上1安装在仓门拼装支架3上；后在风道仓门下2背面的槽口21内安装上固定螺栓，再通过固定螺栓将风道仓门下2安装在仓门拼装支架3上并与风道仓门上1连接。即完成了风道门板拼装。

1.一种拼装式铝合金风道门板，由风道仓门上（1）、风道仓门下（2）与仓门拼装支架（3）组成，风道仓门上（1）背面设有多个风道仓门上槽口（11），风道仓门下（2）背面设有多个风道仓门上槽口（21），仓门拼装支架（3）上设有多个孔位与风道仓门上槽口（11）及风道仓门下槽口（21）相对应，其特征在于：所述的风道仓门上（1）通过仓门拼装支架（3）与风道仓门下（2）连接拼装成一个风道门板整体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种拼装式铝合金风道门板，其特征在于：所述的风道仓门上（1）、风道仓门下（2）表面可进行喷涂处理。
