本实用新型涉及模具技术领域，尤其涉及吸尘器挡条的注塑模具结构。
背景技术
注塑成型是批量生产某些形状复杂部件时用到的一种加工方法，具体指将受热融化的材料由高压射入模具的模腔中，经冷却固化后得到成形品；注塑成型中的关键部件是注塑模具，注塑模具由动模和定模两部分组成，动模安装在注射成型机的移动模板上，定模安装在注射成型机的固定模板上。在注射成型时动模与定模闭合构成浇注***和型腔，开模时动模和定模分离以便取出塑料制品。
目前，吸尘器的构造部件大多由注塑模具注塑成型，吸尘器的挡条作为吸尘器中的连接部件，其结构如图1所示：包括挡条本体1，挡条本体1为弧形结构，其两端部分别带有安装槽结构12，其凹面对称设有安装座11，安装座11的侧面带有贯通挡条本体1的固定柱13。吸尘器的挡条的结构较为复杂，目前的注塑模具在制作时效率较低，并且制作的挡条表面不光滑、边缘带毛刺。

本申请人针对现有技术中的上述缺点，提供一种吸尘器挡条的注塑模具结构，其具有脱模效率高、成本低、成型质量好的特点。

一种吸尘器挡条的注塑模具结构，包括配合装置的上模座及下模座，上模座与下模座之间装置成型模，成型模包括相互配合的上模及下模，所述上模与下模之间装置由固定条、多个内挡块及多个固定块组成的内模，所述内挡块与固定块分别沿挡条的形状分布于挡条的内外两侧；所述固定块包括安装板，安装板上插置导杆，安装板的端部固接成型档杆。

见图2至图6，本实用新型包括配合装置的上模座2及下模座3，上模座2与下模座3之间装置成型模4，成型模4包括相互配合的上模41及下模42，所述上模41与下模42之间装置由固定条45、多个内挡块44及多个固定块43组成的内模，所述内挡块44与固定块43分别沿挡条1的形状分布于挡条1的内外两侧；所述固定块43包括安装板432，安装板432上插置导杆431，安装板432的端部固接成型档杆433。
本实用新型结构简单，采用上模、下模及内模组合成型结构，降低了模具成本；并且其合模操作简便、脱模效率高，成型的挡条表面光滑、质量高。
