本实用新型公开了一种发动机试验台架对轮销钉拆卸工具。其结构为：拆卸工具为圆柱体，圆柱体的上端为六角螺帽，圆柱体的下端开有通槽，通槽的槽宽大于对轮销钉帽的厚度1mm，通槽的槽深大于对轮销钉帽的高度1mm，拆卸工具圆柱体的外径小于试验台架对轮组中的销钉穿孔内径1mm。对轮组拆卸时，将工具前端镶入对轮组中的销钉穿孔内，然后利用扳手将对轮销钉固定，最后用另一扳手旋转对轮销钉螺纹段的螺母，此时可方便进行装配或拆卸。本实用新型的特点是拆卸工具制作简单，使用非常方便，套装在对轮销钉头部即可进行紧固或拆卸，解决了对轮销钉头部固定难的问题，使试验台架装配效率得到有效提高。

本实用新型属于机械工具，具体涉及一种对发动机试验台架中的对轮销钉进行拆卸的工具。
背景技术
在发动机出厂性能测试程序中，必须采用测功机对发动机的输出功率进行检测，此时发动机要通过对轮组与测功机对中连接。连接时必须要保证发动机与测功机两个轴线的同心度在允许公差的范围内，才能客观准确地测出发动机各项性能指标。但是试验完成后，将发动机与测功机分离时，拆卸对轮组上的对轮销非常困难。这是因为对轮组上的安装孔为沉头孔，拆卸对轮销钉时，很难将其头部固定，导致拆卸不便，耗时长。
本实用新型提出一种简易的对轮销钉拆卸工具，能够解决对轮销头部固定困难问题，而且使用方法简单，可以降低工作时间，有效提高工作效率。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是，提供一种发动机试验台架对轮销钉拆卸工具。
为实现其目的所采用的方法为：拆卸工具为圆柱体，圆柱体的上端为六角螺帽，圆柱体的下端开有通槽，通槽的槽宽大于对轮销钉帽的厚度1mm，通槽的槽深大于对轮销钉帽的高度1mm，拆卸工具圆柱体的外径小于试验台架对轮组中的销钉穿孔内径1mm。
本实用新型的特点及产生的有益效果是，对轮销钉拆卸工具制作简单，使用非常方便，套装在对轮销钉头部即可进行紧固或拆卸，解决了对轮销钉头部固定难的问题，使试验台架装配效率得到有效提高。

以下结合附图并通过实施例对本实用新型的结构作进一步的说明。
发动机试验台架对轮销钉拆卸工具，其结构是：拆卸工具1为圆柱体，圆柱体的上端为六角螺帽，圆柱体的下端开有通槽。通槽的槽宽大于对轮销钉帽2的厚度1mm；通槽的槽深大于对轮销钉帽的高度1mm；拆卸工具圆柱体的外径小于试验台架对轮组中的销钉穿孔4内径1mm。
当需要对发动机试验台架中的对轮组进行对接或拆卸时，将拆卸工具前端镶入对轮组中的销钉穿孔内，此时拆卸工具前端的通槽正好与对轮销钉帽卡合，然后利用扳手将对轮销钉固定，最后用另一扳手旋转对轮销钉螺纹段的螺母，此时可方便进行装配或拆卸。

1.发动机试验台架对轮销钉拆卸工具，其特征是：拆卸工具（1）为圆柱体，圆柱体的上端为六角螺帽，圆柱体的下端开有通槽，通槽的槽宽大于对轮销钉帽（2）的厚度1mm，通槽的槽深大于对轮销钉帽的高度1mm，拆卸工具圆柱体的外径小于试验台架对轮组（3）中的销钉穿孔（4）内径1mm。
