本实用新型公开了一种防止PV反接和提高充电效率的光伏充电电路,其特征在于:所述光伏充电电路中串接有并联的防止PV反接的二极管D1和继电器K1。由于采用上述并联的二极管D1和继电器K1的结构形式,当在晚上或阴天时,光伏充电的功率低于预设的充电功率值时,继电器K1断开,使电流从二极管D1经过,从而防止了继电器频繁切换的问题;当在天晴时,光伏充电的功率达到预设的充电功率值时,继电器K1吸合,将二极管D1短路,这样就避免了在大功率状态下二极管损耗的问题,同时提高了充电效率。

本实用新型涉及一种充电电路技术领域,具体是一种防止PV反接的光伏充电电路。
背景技术
太阳能充电器需要有防反接功能,在入口处需要加入防反二极管,当充电功率很大时,防反二极管损耗也增加,一方面需要增加散热成本,另一方面大大的降低了太阳能充电器的效率;单独采用继电器,在低功率时太阳能充电器判断不够能量充电时,充电器将切断继电器,切断继电器后PV电压升高,充电器又吸合继电器,重新工作,这样周而复始的工作直到PV没电。本发明避免了在低功率时继电器频繁切换,也避免了在大功率状态下二极管损耗的问题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种防止了继电器频繁切换的防止PV反接和提高充电效率的光伏充电电路。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:
防止PV反接和提高充电效率的光伏充电电路,其特征在于:所述光伏充电电路中串接有并联的防止PV反接的二极管D1和继电器K1。
所述继电器K1,用以设置预设的充电功率值,当在天晴时,光伏充电的功率达到预设的充电功率值时,继电器K1吸合,将二极管D1短路;当在晚上或阴天时,光伏充电的功率低于预设的充电功率值时,继电器K1断开,使电流从二极管D1经过。
    本实用新型的有益效果:由于采用上述并联的二极管D1和继电器K1的结构形式,当在晚上或阴天时,光伏充电的功率低于预设的充电功率值时,继电器K1断开,使电流从二极管D1经过,从而防止了继电器频繁切换的问题;当在天晴时,光伏充电的功率达到预设的充电功率值时,继电器K1吸合,将二极管D1短路,这样就避免了在大功率状态下二极管损耗的问题,同时提高了充电效率。
