Abstract

本实用新型涉及照明灯具技术领域,具体涉及一种能测试成品LED灯管能否点亮和外壳是否漏电的LED灯管测试架。
背景技术
LED灯管散热器大都采用铝材散热,灯板固定在铝材上,由于铝基板的工艺性差异等原因,有些铝基板的绝缘性能较差,故散热器会带电,而普通的灯管测试架只能测试灯管能否点亮,不能测出散热器是否漏电,给用户带来触电的危险。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供了一种LED灯管测试架,以解决现有技术存在的不能测出散热器是否漏电的问题。
本实用新型主要由底座、灯脚、电源线和插头组成,灯脚固定在底座两端,解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是探针固定在底座上可与测试灯管的散热器接触,电路板固定在底座的内腔中,指示灯、按键和蜂鸣器固定在底座的侧面,电源线和插头与电路板连接。
测试时,将测试灯管放置于LED灯管测试架的底座上,底座两端灯脚用于卡住灯管的两个电极,给灯管供电,底座上探针与测试灯管的散热器接触,若外壳漏电,会有电流流过探针,电路板放大后指示灯发光,同时蜂鸣器发声。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的LED灯管测试架不仅能够测试LED灯管是否能够点亮,而且能够测试出LED灯管外壳是否带电,具有结构简单、使用方便和成本低的优点。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种LED灯管测试架,主要由底座1、灯脚9、电源线6和插头7组成,灯脚9固定在底座1两端,探针2固定在底座1上可与测试灯管的散热器接触,电路板3固定在底座1的内腔中,指示灯4、按键5和蜂鸣器10固定在底座1的侧面,电源线6和插头7与电路板3连接。
测试时,将测试灯管放置于LED灯管测试架的底座1上,底座1两端灯脚9用于卡住灯管的两个电极,给灯管供电,底座1上探针2与测试灯管的散热器接触,若外壳漏电,会有电流流过探针,电路板3放大后指示灯4发光,同时蜂鸣器10发声。
如图2所示,220V市电的两个电极分别接到灯管的两端,二极管D1和二极管D2的阳极分别接灯管的一个电极,阴极连接在一起;三极管Q1的基极通过电阻R1接二极管D1的阴极,发射机接三极管Q2的基极;指示灯LED的阳极通过开关S接电池A的正极,阴极通过电阻R2接三极管Q1的集电极;蜂鸣器BEEP的正极通过开关S接电池A的正极,负极通过电阻R3接三极管Q2的集电极;电池A的负极接地,探针T接地;220V市电接到灯管的两个电极上,灯管发光,若是灯管外壳存在漏电现象,即相当于灯管的外壳通过一个电阻连接到灯管的一个或者两个电极上。则电流通过二极管D1或者二极管D2再通过电阻R1流经三极管Q1和三极管Q2基极,最后通过探针T构成回路,故三极管Q1和Q2同时导通,所以指示灯LED点亮,蜂鸣器发生来提醒员工此灯管有漏电现象,应予以维修。若是灯管外壳不存在漏电现象,二极管D1或者二极管D2、电阻R1、三极管Q1、三极管Q2、探针T构不成回路,故三极管Q1和Q2不会导通,所以指示灯LED不亮,蜂鸣器不会发出报警声。

1.一种LED灯管测试架,主要由底座、灯脚、电源线和插头组成,灯脚固定在底座两端,其特征是探针固定在底座上可与测试灯管的散热器接触,电路板固定在底座的内腔中,指示灯、按键和蜂鸣器固定在底座的侧面,电源线和插头与电路板连接。
