现在选矿业对球磨作业的磨矿介质的研究越来越重视,因为磨矿介质的形状材料直接会影响研磨效果,金属回收率及金属材料的消耗。现有的磨矿介质有圆球形、圆柱形和棱柱形。这些形状的磨矿介质与矿石的接触包括了点、线面的方式,其中球形适合更细磨;圆柱形和棱柱形更适合对矿石进行粗磨或中磨,但这两种形状容易造成磨矿介质之间的相互磨损,而加剧磨矿介质的消耗。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种高效的磨矿介质,既可用于对磨矿介质的粗磨、中磨和细磨,又尽可能的减小磨矿介质的消耗,本实用新的具体方案为: 
一种高效磨矿介质,它是横截面为花瓣形的柱体,该磨矿介质的长为D、高为h,端面直径为d,D与h之比为1:1.1~1:2; d与D之比为1:1.2~1:2;小弧半径r与介质半径R之最小比为1:2。
由于本实用新型提供的磨矿介质柱面采用多曲面的结构,在相互的砍杀时所受的力可以由曲面消减,不会对磨矿介质表面造成严重的磨损,最大程度的保持了磨矿介质本身的形态。
