技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种造流泵,具体涉及一种用于使容器内液体充分循环流动的横流式造流泵。
背景技术
现有的造流泵,主要是采用内转子无刷电机配合螺旋桨式轴向叶片推动液体,或采用内转子无刷电机配合离心式叶片将液体吸入及挤出的方式,使液体进行流动。内转子无刷电机的特点是转速较高,但扭力较低,因此只能带动尺寸较小的叶片,并且此类造流泵出水口面积较小,只能通过高转速而获得高流速,以提高流量。因此,此类造流泵在用于液体循环及造流方面,会出现容器内水流不均匀,循环不充分的现象,液体容器内容易出现液体流动较少的死角位。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术的不足,本实用新型的目的旨在于提供一种横流式造流泵,可使容器内液体充分循环,显著减少液体流动较少的死角位。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
一种横流式造流泵,包括形成有进水口和出水口的叶轮外壳、枢接于叶轮外壳两端的叶轮组件、用于驱动叶轮组件工作的电机;
所述叶轮组件包括用于驱动液体流动的叶轮、分别固定安装在叶轮两端的第一轮盘和第二轮盘,所述第一轮盘上形成有可转动地安装在叶轮外壳上的转轴,所述第二轮盘上形成有供电机的转子轴插装的空腔。 
优选地,所述叶轮组件和叶轮外壳的数量均为两个,分别位于电机的两侧。
优选地,所述叶轮包括第一叶轮片和第二叶轮片,所述第一轮盘和第二轮盘之间设有第三轮盘,所述第一叶轮片固定于第一轮盘和第三轮盘之间,所述第二叶轮片固定于第二轮盘和第三轮盘之间;所述第一叶轮片的数量为多个,沿着第一轮盘的轴线圆周排布,所述第二叶轮片的数量为多个,沿着第二轮盘的轴线圆周排布。
优选地,所述叶轮外壳包括平行设置的第一套筒和固定套装在电机的定子上的第二套筒,所述第一套筒和第二套筒通过圆弧形外壳连接,所述外壳的上侧设置有导流板。
优选地,所述第一套筒上卡装有端盖,所述端盖内插装有轴套胶垫,所述轴套胶垫内插装有轴套,所述转轴可转动地插装在该轴套内。
优选地,所述叶轮外壳还包括横向连接于第一套筒和第二套筒之间的舌板,所述舌板与导流板之间的区域形成出水口,所述舌板和外壳的下侧之间的区域形成进水口。
优选地,所述舌板包括平行设置的第一舌板和第二舌板,所述第一舌板和第二舌板的一侧垂直固定连接有第三舌板,所述第一舌板和第二舌板之间固定连接有多个加强筋。
优选地,所述空腔内插装有软胶垫,电机的转子轴插装在该软胶垫上。
优选地,所述转轴为陶瓷轴。

如图1-5所示,为本实用新型的一种横流式造流泵,包括形成有进水口和出水口的叶轮外壳1、枢接于叶轮外壳1两端的叶轮组件2、用于驱动叶轮组件2工作的电机8;
所述叶轮组件2包括用于驱动液体流动的叶轮、分别固定安装在叶轮两端的第一轮盘22和第二轮盘24,所述第一轮盘22上形成有可转动地安装在叶轮外壳1上的转轴21,所述第二轮盘24上形成有供电机8的转子轴81插装的空腔27。 
本实用新型通过电机8驱动枢接于叶轮外壳1两端的叶轮组件2的工作,进而带动容器内液体的循环流动,通过该叶轮组件2的旋转工作,使得容器内液体充分循环,显著减少液体流动较少的死角位。
优选地,所述叶轮组件2和叶轮外壳1的数量均为两个,分别位于电机8的两侧,可进一步使得容器内液体充分循环。
优选地,所述叶轮包括第一叶轮片25和第二叶轮片26,所述第一轮盘22和第二轮盘24之间设有第三轮盘23,所述第一叶轮片25固定于第一轮盘22和第三轮盘23之间,所述第二叶轮片26固定于第二轮盘24和第三轮盘23之间;所述第一叶轮片25的数量为多个,沿着第一轮盘22的轴线圆周排布,所述第二叶轮片26的数量为多个,沿着第二轮盘24的轴线圆周排布。如此设置,可显著提高造流泵带动液体的流动量,进而进一步减少液体流动较少的死角位。

优选地,所述第一套筒11上卡装有端盖4,所述端盖4内插装有轴套胶垫5,所述轴套胶垫5内插装有轴套6,所述转轴21可转动地插装在该轴套6内。轴套胶垫5和轴套6的设置,可显著减少转轴21和端盖4的磨损,进而有效延长转轴21的使用寿命。
优选地,所述叶轮外壳1还包括横向连接于第一套筒11和第二套筒12之间的舌板3,所述舌板3与导流板14之间的区域形成出水口,所述舌板3和外壳13的下侧之间的区域形成进水口。通过舌板3的设置,可将容器内的液体在叶轮组件2处形成进水和出水的循环流。
另外,作为本实用新型的变形,也可将舌板3与导流板14之间的区域形成进水口,所述舌板3和外壳13的下侧之间的区域形成出水口。
优选地,所述舌板3包括平行设置的第一舌板31和第二舌板32,所述第一舌板31和第二舌板32的一侧垂直固定连接有第三舌板33,所述第一舌板31和第二舌板32之间固定连接有多个加强筋34。
优选地,所述空腔27内插装有软胶垫7,电机8的转子轴81插装在该软胶垫7上。通过设置该软胶垫7,可显著减少电机8的转子轴81的磨损,显著延长电机8的转子轴81的使用寿命。
优选地,所述转轴21为陶瓷轴。由于陶瓷轴具有高强度、耐高温、耐磨损、腐蚀、高绝缘等特点,可作为本使用新型转轴21的优选方式。
优选地,所述电机8为外转子电机,可使得叶轮组件2获得较大的扭力,使电机8可以带动较大的长条型叶轮,弥补了传统的内转子无刷电机扭力较低的缺陷。
本实用新型的第一叶轮片25和第二叶轮片26均采用超声波焊接的方式固定在叶轮外壳1上。
本装置按照上述的连接方式组装后,对电机8进行通电,使电机8的转子及转子轴81持续旋转,电机8的转子轴81带动两端的第一叶轮片25和第二叶轮片26的旋转工作,配合叶轮外壳1和舌板3,在叶轮内形成静压差,舌板3与导流板14之间的区域形成出水口,舌板3和外壳13的下侧之间的区域形成进水口,使液体不断穿过叶轮循环流动。相比传统造流泵,在不需要高流速,高扬程的应用环境下,也能使得容器内液体充分循环,显著减少液体流动较少的死角位。
对于本领域的技术人员来说,可根据以上描述的技术方案以及构思,做出其它各种相应的改变以及变形,而所有的这些改变以及变形都应该属于本实用新型权利要求的保护范围之内。

1.一种横流式造流泵,其特征在于:包括形成有进水口和出水口的叶轮外壳、枢接于叶轮外壳两端的叶轮组件、用于驱动叶轮组件工作的电机;
所述叶轮组件包括用于驱动液体流动的叶轮、分别固定安装在叶轮两端的第一轮盘和第二轮盘,所述第一轮盘上形成有可转动地安装在叶轮外壳上的转轴,所述第二轮盘上形成有供电机的转子轴插装的空腔。 
2.如权利要求1所述的造流泵,其特征在于:所述叶轮组件和叶轮外壳的数量均为两个,分别位于电机的两侧。
3.如权利要求1所述的造流泵,其特征在于:所述叶轮包括第一叶轮片和第二叶轮片,所述第一轮盘和第二轮盘之间设有第三轮盘,所述第一叶轮片固定于第一轮盘和第三轮盘之间,所述第二叶轮片固定于第二轮盘和第三轮盘之间;所述第一叶轮片的数量为多个,沿着第一轮盘的轴线圆周排布,所述第二叶轮片的数量为多个,沿着第二轮盘的轴线圆周排布。
