背景技术
随着工业的发展,真空喷涂工艺得到广泛运用,真空喷涂设备也是日益更新,但是现有的真空喷涂设备结构设计不合理,喷涂过程中只能实现喷涂设备底座围绕喷涂设备中心的转动,喷涂过程中出现喷涂死角,生产质量无法得到保障。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种顶部驱动总成。
本实用新型要解决现有的真空喷涂设备结构设计不合理,喷涂过程中只能实现喷涂设备底座围绕喷涂设备中心的转动,喷涂过程中出现喷涂死角,生产质量无法得到保障的问题。
本实用新型的技术方案是: 一种顶部驱动总成,包括机座、驱动杆和旋转挂杆扣,所述驱动杆均布在所述的机座上,所述的机座外部设有机罩,所述的驱动杆从相邻两个机罩的连接处伸出,所述旋转挂杆扣均布于所述机座上,且设于所述驱动杆的外侧,所述的旋转挂杆扣上设有两道槽,每道槽包括***口、过渡段和挂口,所述的过渡段连接***口和挂口,所述的挂口低于所述过渡段,两道槽相互对称,方向相同,呈顺时针分布。

本实施例中,每个机罩1上设有两个旋转挂杆扣3,所述机座的中心处设有中间罩板5,且所述的中间罩板5设于所述机罩1的外部,所述的机罩1和中间罩板5通过固定机构2固定在机座上。
