现有的平板电脑，按键与外壳之间没有辅助的定位机构，容易导致按键接触不良，甚至按键容易脱落，因此，有必要设计一种新型的平板电脑。

   热熔定位柱为锥形柱，便于热熔定位柱***到定位孔中，而且结合紧密，能有效防止松动，因而定位性能更好。 
  这种热熔定位柱-定位孔的热熔定位机构结构简单，易于实施。

所述的壳体由面壳（1）和底壳（2）扣合而成。 
在装配的过程当中,此热熔定位柱起到了定位和固定的作用,同时使得触点与主板上的与按键相对的焊盘的圆心对准,不仅按键的手感好,同时在用户多次操作的情况下不容易脱落，可靠性好。 
热熔定位柱在装配完成后，其端部需要通过加热铆固，防止热熔定位柱从定位孔中脱出。
