在生活中,通常是将自来水输送至建筑物地下室的水箱中,然后用水泵加压将自来水供给用户使用,由于自来水管网的水输送至水箱后,其水压就在进入水箱后被水泵消耗掉了,水泵增压供水所消耗的能量是很大的,通常的水泵是靠离心力进行泵水的,且水泵扬程及流量也有可能会造成不稳定的情况,因此,如何能够减少水泵增压时的能量消耗是应当应当引起重视的问题。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是:克服上述问题,提供一种既能在有效保证水泵扬程和流量的情况下同时降低功率,又能达到节能目的的节能水泵。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是这样的:本实用新型的节能水泵,包括泵体及射流器,泵体内设有泵体高压腔体,泵体高压腔体两端呈中空结构,其两端均与泵体内壁密封连接,泵体内还设有中空管,中空管上设有电机轴,中空管一端与电机轴的通孔端形成密封,中空管另一端与泵体内壁之间留有可使水流过的间隙,中空管的外径小于电机轴的内径,射流器由喷嘴、扩压管及吸入室三部分组成,扩压管设置在泵体底部,扩压管呈L形结构,扩压管内设有过滤装置,过滤装置与扩压管之间采用嵌入式连接,扩压管内壁上开有与过滤装置边沿匹配的凹槽,喷嘴设置在扩压管侧面,喷嘴与扩压管之间采用密封连接,吸入室设置在喷嘴相对扩压管的一端,吸入室上分别设有可调节阀门、进气口及进水口,其中可节调阀门与设置在吸入室内部的电源装置电连接。

如图1所示的本实用新型节能水泵的优选实施例,包括泵体1及射流器,泵体1内设有泵体高压腔体2,泵体高压腔体2两端呈中空结构,其两端均与泵体1内壁密封连接,泵体1内还设有中空管3,中空管3上设有电机轴4,中空管3一端与电机轴4的通孔端形成密封,中空管3另一端与泵体1内壁之间留有可使水流过的间隙,中空管3的外径小于电机轴4的内径,射流器由喷嘴7、扩压管5及吸入室8三部分组成,扩压管5设置在泵体1底部,扩压管5呈L形结构,扩压管5内设有过滤装置6,过滤装置6与扩压管5之间采用嵌入式连接,扩压管5内壁上开有与过滤装置6边沿匹配的凹槽,喷嘴7设置在扩压管5侧面,喷嘴7与扩压管5之间采用密封连接,吸入室8设置在喷嘴7相对扩压管5的一端,吸入室8上分别设有可调节阀门9、进气口10及进水口11,其中可节调阀门9与设置在吸入室8内部的电源装置电连接,进气口10与吸入室8一体连接,其进气口10位于吸入室8底部,进水口11与吸入室8一体连接,其进水口11位于吸入室8相对喷嘴7的一端。
本实用新型安装简单,拆卸方便,能在有效保证水泵扬程和流量的情况下同时降低功率,能有效达到节能的目的。在实施时,可以通过可调节阀门9自由调节进水口11的水流量大小,且过滤装置6的设计能进一步提高了水体的质量,且进气口10与吸入室8一体连接,其进气口10位于吸入室8底部,进水口11与吸入室8一体连接,其进水口11位于吸入室8相对喷嘴7的一端,这样的设计方便放置,不会影响其使用效果。
