本实用新型涉及一种烟膜分切收卷装置，主要用于烟膜生产过程中的分切收卷。
背景技术
双向拉伸聚丙烯（BOPP）烟膜作为香烟外包装的主要材料，其平整度直接影响着香烟的外观，从而影响消费者的购买欲。现有的烟膜生产过程中，都需要经过从宽幅的母卷经过放卷、分切、收卷工序，在母卷分切收卷时，收膜过程中，膜卷表面的气体不易排出，造成薄膜起皱，表面不平整，从而影响香烟包装的美观性；另外，在香烟包装过程中，薄膜表面受力不均匀，影响包装速度。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种收卷时气体可快速排除、平整度高的烟膜分切收卷装置。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：一种平整度高的烟膜分切收卷装置，所述装置包括依次设置的放卷机和分切收卷机，所述放卷机头部设置母卷，所述分切收卷机尾部设置收膜卷，所述收膜卷上方设置压辊，所述压辊表面设置有菱形纹。所述压辊表面材质为橡胶。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果是：
本实用新型在压辊表面菱形槽的作用下，薄膜表面的气体被引导快速排出，从而使得收膜卷表面平整。保证了后期香烟包装使用的美观性，同时，也保证了包装过程中受力均匀，可以满足高速包装的需求。

参见图1，本实用新型涉及的一种平整度高的烟膜分切收卷装置，所述装置包括依次设置的放卷机2和分切收卷机3，所述放卷机2头部设置母卷1，所述分切收卷机3尾部设置收膜卷5，所述收膜卷5上方设置压辊4，所述压辊4表面设置有菱形纹。所述压辊表面材质为橡胶。
工作时，母卷的薄膜通过放卷机和在导向辊的作用下，进入分切收卷机，收卷时，在压辊表面菱形槽的作用下，薄膜表面的气体很容易被引导排出，从而使得收膜卷表面平整。
