本实用新型涉及船用气缸套液性精车夹具,具体涉及船用气缸套精车加工用的通过液性填料来传递夹紧力的内涨式夹具。
背景技术
船用柴油机气缸套精车用的液性内涨式夹具,其芯轴内部设孔,和涨套、前闷头、后闷头形成封闭的空腔,空腔内填充液性填料,通过前闷头中活塞的压力传递来使涨套涨起,夹紧气缸套。实践证明以往的夹具存在以下缺点:夹具装配后填充液性填料的时候,封闭的空腔中总存在一些空气尚未排出,影响夹紧力的稳定,容易造成气缸套在加工时打滑。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是:提供一种船用气缸套液性精车夹具,排除空腔中滞留的空气,保证涨套夹紧稳定。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:该夹具包括芯轴、涨套、前闷头、活塞、顶杆和后闷头,芯轴为带内孔的中空体,在芯轴的法兰上设螺孔,涨套过盈安装在芯轴的两端上,前闷头安装在芯轴的内孔前部,后闷头安装在芯轴的内孔后部,活塞安装在前闷头中,顶杆一端连接机床的液压缸上,顶杆另一端顶住活塞,芯轴的壁面上沿圆周均匀分布轴向孔,芯轴的两端位于涨套的内腔中部设径向孔,径向孔与轴向孔及前闷头相通,其特征是:芯轴的两端位于涨套的内腔配合面旁设排气孔,排气孔与轴向孔相通。
本实用新型结构简单,运行稳定,排除夹具封闭内腔中的滞留空气,工作时候夹紧力稳定,避免气缸套打滑现象。

如图1所示,该夹具包括芯轴1、涨套9、前闷头3、活塞5、顶杆4和后闷头10,芯轴1为带内孔的中空体,在芯轴1的法兰上设螺孔2,涨套9过盈安装在芯轴1的两端上,前闷头3安装在芯轴1的内孔前部,后闷头10安装在芯轴1的内孔后部,活塞5安装在前闷头3中,顶杆4一端连接机床的液压缸上,顶杆4另一端顶住活塞5,芯轴1的壁面上沿圆周均匀分布轴向孔8,芯轴1的两端位于涨套9的内腔中部设径向孔6,径向孔6与轴向孔8及前闷头3相通,其特征是:芯轴1的两端位于涨套9的内腔配合面旁设排气孔7,排气孔7与轴向孔8相通。
