技术领域
本实用新型涉及包装机械领域，特别涉及一种薄膜分切机的收卷台架。
技术背景
薄膜分切机可将聚酯薄膜、镀铝薄膜、BOPP LDPE、HDPE、LLDPE、PP等薄膜分切成不同尺寸，广泛运用于包装及其他覆膜行业。薄膜分切机由放卷机构、切割机构、收卷机构、各功能辊以及张力控制纠偏控制和检测装置组成。其工作原理为：从放卷机构放出的金属化薄膜原料，经展平辊，张力检测辊，赋能辊，纠偏***，进入切割机构，原材料经分切后，由收卷机构分别收卷成符合标准的膜卷。
常用的收卷机构结构为收卷芯轴转动设置于两端的支座上，支座位置固定，设置于一旁的收卷电机带动收卷芯轴转动实现收卷，这样的结构比较适合收卷较宽的薄膜，但是对于分切后不同宽度的薄膜，利用较宽的芯轴来收卷较窄的薄膜时，是一种很大的浪费，不但降低了设备的工作效率，而且过长的收卷芯轴给包装带来了极大困难。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种薄膜分切机的收卷台架，适用于安装不同长度的收卷芯轴，从而对分切成不同宽度的薄膜进行收卷。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
一种薄膜分切机的收卷台架，包括收卷电机、支座、底座、安装架，所述底座的上平面设置有横向的直线轨道，所述支座的下平面设置有与直线轨道相对应的滑槽，所述两组支座通过滑槽和直线轨道可滑动设置于底座上，所述安装架同轴心转动设置于每组支座的内侧，所述收卷电机固定于每组支座的其中一个支座上，并位于安装架下方，所述收卷电机输出端带传动连接于安装架。
进一步地，所述底座两端设置有限位块。
进一步地，所述收卷电机上方可拆卸设置有护板。
本实用新型和现有技术相比，具有以下优点和效果：支座通过滑槽和直线轨道可滑动设置于底座上，实现每组的两个支座间的距离可调，适用于安装不同长度的收卷芯轴，从而对分切后不同宽度的薄膜进行收卷。收卷电机上方可拆卸设置有护板，不但能有效保护收卷电机不被突然掉落的收卷芯轴等物体砸坏，而且能有效防止灰尘、液体进入收卷电机，提高了收卷电机的使用寿命。本实用新型适用于对不同宽度的薄膜进行收卷，不但大大提高了收卷效率，而且有利于对薄膜卷进行快速方便的包装。

下面结合附图并通过实施例对本实用新型作进一步的详细说明，以下实施例是对本实用新型的解释而本实用新型并不局限于以下实施例。
如图1所示，一种薄膜分切机的收卷台架，包括收卷电机7、支座3、底座1、安装架5。所述底座1的上平面设置有横向的直线轨道2，所述支座3的下平面设置有与直线轨道2相对应的滑槽4，所述两组支座3通过滑槽4和直线轨道2可滑动设置于底座1上。实现每组的两个支座3间的距离可调，适用于安装不同长度的收卷芯轴，从而对分切后不同宽度的薄膜进行收卷。所述安装架5同轴心转动设置于每组支座3的内侧，所述收卷电机7固定于每组支座1的其中一个支座1上，并位于安装架5下方，所述收卷电机7输出端带传动连接于安装架5。所述底座1两端设置有限位块8，防止支座3在移动过程中滑落底座1。所述收卷电机7上方可拆卸设置有护板，不但能有效保护收卷电机7不被突然掉落的收卷芯轴等物体砸坏，而且能有效防止灰尘、液体进入收卷电机7，提高了收卷电机7的使用寿命。
通过上述技术方案，本实用新型一种薄膜分切机的收卷台架使用时，根据分切机分切后需要收卷的薄膜宽度，手动调整每组两个支座3之间的间距，并将不同长度的收卷芯轴两端安装于相对的两个安装架5上。启动收卷电机7，收卷电机7带动安装架5旋转，从而带动收卷芯轴旋转对薄膜进行收卷。收卷完成后，将支座3移开，将薄膜卷吊出即可。本实用新型适用于安装不同长度的收卷芯轴，从而对分切成不同宽度的薄膜进行收卷，不但大大提高了收卷效率，而且有利于对薄膜卷进行快速方便的包装。
