目前,公知的大客车后举门大都是由金属材料焊接而成的,存在加工困难,成型周期长,产品重量大,保温性能弱,强度不够,尺寸稳定性差等缺点。
实用新型内容
本实用新型解决的技术问题为克服现有技术的上述缺陷,而提供一种结构简洁,加工容易,重量轻,强度高,尺寸稳定性好的模压玻璃钢后举门。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种模压玻璃钢后举门,包括门板,其结构特点是所述门板具有门边框、筋条、门封条,门板、门边框、筋条在成型模具中热压成型并固定为一体结构,所述筋条包括纵横主筋条、纵横小筋条和交叉小筋条,纵横主筋条和门边框将门板划分成四块小门板,每块小门板的四个角上设置有交叉小筋条,每块小门板上均匀设置有纵横小筋条,门封条与门边框固定连接。
本实用新型通过在门板四周门边框及中心线位置的纵横主筋条,强化门框强度,形成框架式相互支撑效果。门边框和纵横主筋条起到承受主应力的功能;其余纵横小筋条、交叉小筋条进一步提高了门板的承受能力,并在强化门板强度的同时,也可起到降低门板厚度的作用,减轻门板重量。交叉小筋条还可起到提高冲泡抗扭变的性能。
本实用新型所述门封条与门边框卡接,方便维修和替换。
本实用新型采用玻璃纤维增强不饱和聚酯树脂的片状模、塑团状模塑料或者玻璃纤维增强的酚醛模塑料中的一种制成。

参见图1,本实用新型实施例模压玻璃钢后举门包括门板1,其结构特点是门板1具有门边框2、筋条3、门封条4,门板1、门边框2、筋条3在成型模具中热压成型(在热模条件下,受压力驱使而充满模腔,脱模后既可得完整产品)并为一体结构,使得门板1、门边框2和筋条3之间固定可靠连接牢固,其中的筋条3包括纵横主筋条31、纵横小筋条32和交叉小筋条33,纵横主筋条31和门边框2将门板1划分成上下左右对称的四块小门板11,每块小门板11的四个角上设置有交叉小筋条33,每块小门板11上均匀设置有纵横小筋条32,纵横小筋条32将小门板11划分为若干个同样大小的小块,门封条4与门边框2固定连接,提高保温性能。
本实用新型实施例通过在门板1四周门边框2及中心线位置的纵横主筋条31,强化门框强度,形成框架式相互支撑效果。门边框2和纵横主筋条31起到承受主应力的功能;其余纵横小筋条32、交叉小筋条33进一步提高了门板1的承受能力,并在强化门板1强度的同时,也可起到降低门板1厚度的作用,减轻门板1重量;交叉小筋条33且起到提高本实施例抗扭变的性能。
本实施例所述门封条4与门边框2卡接,方便维修和替换。
本实用新型采用玻璃纤维增强不饱和聚酯树脂的片状模、塑团状模塑料或者玻璃纤维增强的酚醛模塑料中的一种作为成型材料,并采用合理的热压成型工艺技术,在模具加温到150-160℃的条件下,投入模塑料,迅速施加7-10MPa的成型压力,保压4-5分钟,完成产品成型。
本实用新型的有益效果是,产品力学性能高于现有产品的前提下,重量轻25%,能耗节约,作业周期大大缩短,尺寸稳定安装方便,多方面成本降低,产品增加了保温性能。

1.一种模压玻璃钢后举门,包括门板,其特征是所述门板具有门边框、筋条、门封条,门板、门边框、筋条在成型模具中热压成型并固定为一体结构,所述筋条包括纵横主筋条、纵横小筋条和交叉小筋条,纵横主筋条和门边框将门板划分成四块小门板,每块小门板的四个角上设置有交叉小筋条,每块小门板上均匀设置有纵横小筋条,门封条与门边框固定连接。

3.根据权利要求1或2所述的模压玻璃钢后举门,其特征是:所述模压玻璃钢后举门采用玻璃纤维增强不饱和聚酯树脂的片状模或者玻璃纤维增强的酚醛模塑料中的一种制成。
