背景技术
现有异型铜排拉拔机是由塔轮进行收线，该装置在操作过程中需要操作工在塔轮上手动卸下拉排好的铜排，铜排排线不整齐，每卷重量不超过50kg，劳动强度大，作业辅助时间长，而且在后续加工过程中需要经常更换料框，穿模具还会缠线，增加了后续加工辅助时间。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对上述情况提供一种异型铜排自动拉拔机，该拉拔机不仅可自动收线、排线，而且每盘收线重量可达500kg以上，排线整齐，同时解决了后续加工过程中铜排缠线的问题，缩短了生产辅助时间。本实用新型的目的可通过以下方案来实现：一种异型铜排自动拉拔机，包括模具架，模具架上设有第一模具和第二模具，其特征是在模具架上还设有拉排机减速箱和与其配套使用的塔轮，在塔轮的一侧还设有收线盘以及与其相配套使用的收线机减速箱和收线盘支撑架，在塔轮与收线盘之间还设有收线支架和收线机排线导轮。本实用新型具有结构简单，操作方便等特点。能大大降低操作人员劳动强度，提高工作效率。

对照图1可知，一种异型铜排自动拉拔机，包括模具架1，模具架上设有第一模具2和第二模具3，其特征是在模具架1上还设有拉排机减速箱4和与其配套使用的塔轮5，在塔轮5的一侧还设有收线盘11以及与其相配套使用的收线机减速箱7和收线盘支撑架9，在塔轮5与收线盘11之间还设有收线支架6和收线机排线导轮8。
本实用新型工作原理如下：
异型铜排10从第一模具进入，在塔轮上缠绕后返回转轮12处，再进入第二模具3，从第二模具3出来经过塔轮缠绕后通过收线支架和收线机排线导轮进入收线盘。
