本实用新型属于机械制造领域,尤其涉及一种高效双螺杆垂直塑料挤出机。
背景技术
无论在合成树脂生产中,还是在废旧塑料回收再利用中,挤出造料都起着重要作用。其工作原理是:高聚物经过螺杆挤出机的塑化、熔融,通过机头挤出成条形或带形后,由造粒设备切成颗粒,再经振动筛的筛选,就获得所需粒径的塑料颗粒。挤出形式可分为热切和冷切。所谓热切是指物料从机头模孔中挤出后,在熔融或半熔融状态下进行切粒的方法;而冷切是指物料从机头模孔中挤出后牵引拉成条状,进入水槽中冷却后进行切粒的方法。
在这种情况下,需要多种材料先混合后挤出,塑料挤出机的占地面积大,工作能耗高,而且多种材料必须先混合后挤出,工艺复杂,必须提供一种高效双螺杆垂直塑料挤出机,实现了快速高效的塑料材料挤出自动化,提高生产效率,减少工艺流程、生产能耗和机器占地面积。

实现上述目的的技术方案是:一种高效双螺杆垂直塑料挤出机,包括:左进料斗、左真空进料管、左变频电机、左传动齿轮箱、左垂直螺杆、右进料斗、右真空进料管、右变频电机、右传动齿轮箱、右垂直螺杆和出料口,其中:
所述左变频电机垂直向下安装,所述左变频电机的出轴连接所述左传动齿轮箱,所述左传动齿轮箱的出轴连接所述左垂直螺杆,所述左变频电机、所述左传动齿轮箱和所述左垂直螺杆的中心线保持同一垂直中心线;所述左进料斗位于所述左变频电机 左侧,下端与所述左真空进料管一端连接,所述左真空进料管另一端连接内含所述左垂直螺杆和所述右垂直螺杆的所述出料口;所述右变频电机垂直向下安装与所述左变频电机轴对称,所述右变频电机的出轴连接所述右传动齿轮箱,与所述左变频电机轴对称;所述右传动齿轮箱与所述左传动齿轮箱轴对称,所述右传动齿轮箱的出轴连接所述右垂直螺杆,所述右变频电机、所述右传动齿轮箱和所述右垂直螺杆的中心线保持同一垂直中心线,所述右垂直螺杆与所述左垂直螺杆轴对称;所述右进料斗与所述左进料斗轴对称,所述右真空进料管与所述左真空进料管轴对称,所述右进料斗位于所述右变频电机右侧,下端与所述右真空进料管一端连接,所述右真空进料管另一端连接内含所述左垂直螺杆和所述右垂直螺杆的所述出料口。
上述左变频电机转动带动了上述左传动齿轮箱的逆时针转动,上述左传动齿轮箱的转动带动上述左垂直螺杆转动;上述右变频电机转动带动了上述右传动齿轮箱的顺时针转动,上述右传动齿轮箱的转动带动上述右垂直螺杆转动;上述左进料斗和上述右进料斗中的塑料材料在自重和真空挤压的作用下混合熔融变性,从上述出料口流出。
上述左进料斗和上述右进料斗中的塑料材料混合比例不同,上述左变频电机与上述右变频电转速不同。
由于采用了本实用新型装置,一种高效双螺杆垂直塑料挤出机,实现了快速高效的塑料材料挤出自动化,提高生产效率,减少工艺流程、生产能耗和机器占地面积。

左变频电机3垂直向下安装,左变频电机3的出轴连接左传动齿轮箱4,左传动齿轮箱4的出轴连接左垂直螺杆5,左变频电机3、左传动齿轮箱4和左垂直螺杆5 的中心线保持同一垂直中心线;左进料斗1位于左变频电机3左侧,下端与左真空进料管2一端连接,左真空进料管另一端连接内含左垂直螺杆5和右垂直螺杆10的出料口11;右变频电机8垂直向下安装与左变频电机3轴对称,右变频电机8的出轴连接右传动齿轮箱9,与左变频电机3轴对称;右传动齿轮箱9与左传动齿轮箱4轴对称,右传动齿轮箱9的出轴连接右垂直螺杆10,右变频电机8、右传动齿轮箱9和右垂直螺杆10的中心线保持同一垂直中心线,右垂直螺杆10与左垂直螺杆5轴对称;右进料斗6与左进料斗1轴对称,右真空进料管与左真空进料管2轴对称,右进料斗6位于右变频电机8右侧,下端与右真空进料管一端连接,右真空进料管另一端连接内含左垂直螺杆5和右垂直螺杆10的出料口11。
左变频电机3转动带动了左传动齿轮箱4的逆时针转动,左传动齿轮箱4的转动带动左垂直螺杆5转动;右变频电机8转动带动了右传动齿轮箱9的顺时针转动,右传动齿轮箱9的转动带动右垂直螺杆10转动;左进料斗1和右进料斗6中的塑料材料在自重和真空挤压的作用下混合熔融变性,从出料口11流出。
左进料斗1和右进料斗6中的塑料材料混合比例不同,左变频电机3与右变频电转速不同。
本实用新型的工作原理是:通过变频驱动控制,利用材料自重和真空挤压技术,将混合工艺结合在挤出工艺中,实现了快速高效的塑料材料挤出自动化,提高生产效率,减少工艺流程、生产能耗和机器占地面积。
