本实用新型属于定位夹具，具体涉及到一种新型定位夹具。
背景技术
该超小型精密连接器包含内导体、绝缘子及外壳三个零部件，内导体与绝缘子之间采用环氧树脂灌封，固化后将其一并压入外壳，外壳内部采用45°倒角。内导体与绝缘子灌封后，由于产品体积偏小，整体压入外壳时，很容易导致内导体、绝缘子与外壳相互之间偏心，这一点对该连接器的射频性能影响非常大，一致性很差。
另外，由于内导体、绝缘子与外壳长度的尺寸差别非常小，因此要保证两端界面均达到一个平衡状态比较难，不仅影响外观，对射频性能影响也很大。
发明内容
为了避免现有技术的不足之处，本实用新型提出了一种新型定位夹具，该夹具中衬套与销钉既起到导向的作用，又保证了同心度，最佳配合尺寸保证了产品的界面尺寸，从而解决了产品装配过程中质量一致性差问题。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是：
一种新型定位夹具，包含夹衬套1和销钉2，衬套1与销钉2采用过盈配合，在压配时借助销钉2前端的限位块3定位。
该夹具使用时，套在半固化状态的内导体与绝缘子灌封件上，再将其一并压入外壳，压配到位即可，然后将其一并放入烘箱进行高温固化，固化完成后，取下该夹具，产品质量一致性非常好，大大提高了产品的合格率。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，该夹具包含衬套1与销钉2，两者过盈配合。装配时，先将限位块3装入衬套1，然后从后端压入销钉2，保证压配后衬套1与销钉2的最佳配合尺寸D。
