Abstract

本实用新型涉及照明装置，特别是涉及一种LED支架灯。
背景技术
LED作为一***照明光源，具有显著的节能和寿命优势。随着社会的发展，日常生活中的照明能耗问题目益突出，因此，具有显著节能优势的LED灯具越来越受人们的青睐。
T5、T8支架灯在人们的日常生活、生产中，需求很大，但通常的T5或T8支架灯结构相对复杂，成本高，维修不方便。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术现状，本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于，提供一种结构简单、成本低及维修方便的LED支架灯。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型所提供的一种LED支架灯，包括LED光源组件、用于支撑固定所述LED光源组件的支架以及以覆盖所述LED光源组件的方式安装在所述支架上的灯罩；所述LED光源组件包括柔性电路板和设置于该柔性电路板上的至少一个LED灯珠。
在其中一个实施例中，所述柔性电路板为FPC柔性电路板。
在其中一个实施例中，所述支架上设置有定位凹槽，所述柔性电路板固定于该定位凹槽内。
在其中一个实施例中，所述定位凹槽的横截面呈倒梯形。
在其中一个实施例中，所述支架包括光源支撑部和设置于该光源支撑部上的一对相对设置的安装定位卡，该光源支撑部与一对该安装定位卡形成所述定位凹槽。
在其中一个实施例中，所述安装定位卡为沿支架灯长度方向延伸的条形。
在其中一个实施例中，所述柔性电路板通过粘胶剂粘接在所述支架上。
在其中一个实施例中，所述支架为T5或T8铝支架。
在其中一个实施例中，所述灯罩为PC罩。
本实用新型的LED支架灯，由于LED光源组件使用柔性电路板，成本更低，结构简单，而且安装和维修方便。

如图1所示，本实用新型其中一个实施例中的LED支架10灯包括：LED光源组件20、用于支撑固定所述LED光源组件20的支架10、以覆盖所述LED光源组件20的方式安装在所述支架10上的灯罩30以及装于所述支架10内的驱动电源40，所述LED光源组件20包括柔性电路板21和设置于该柔性电路板21上的至少一个LED灯珠23。较优地，所述柔性电路板21为FPC柔性电路板21。本实用新型的LED支架灯，由于LED光源组件20使用柔性电路板21，成本更低，结构简单，而且安装和维修方便。
优选地，所述支架10上设置有定位凹槽15，所述柔性电路板21固定于该定位凹槽15内。进一步地，所述定位凹槽15的横截面呈倒梯形，以方便放入柔性电路板21。
优选地，所述支架10包括光源支撑部11和设置于该光源支撑部11上的一对相对设置的安装定位卡13，该光源支撑部11与一对该安装定位卡13形成所述定位凹槽15。进一步地，所述安装定位卡13为沿支架10灯长度方向延伸的条形。
优选地，所述柔性电路板21通过粘胶剂粘接在所述支架10上。安装时，将LED光源组件20放入支架10的定位凹槽15内，再通过胶粘剂粘接安装在支架10上，安装和维护都比较方便的优点。
优选地，所述支架10为T5或T8铝支架10。
优选地，所述灯罩30为PC罩。
综上，本实施例中的LED支架10灯由于采用了上述结构，具有结构简单，成本更低，安装和维护都比较方便的有益效果。

2.根据权利要求1所述的LED支架灯，其特征在于，所述柔性电路板为FPC柔性电路板。
3.根据权利要求1所述的LED支架灯，其特征在于，所述支架上设置有定位凹槽，所述柔性电路板固定于该定位凹槽内。
4.根据权利要求3所述的LED支架灯，其特征在于，所述定位凹槽的横截面呈倒梯形。
5.根据权利要求3所述的LED支架灯，其特征在于，所述支架包括光源支撑部和设置于该光源支撑部上的一对相对设置的安装定位卡，该光源支撑部与一对该安装定位卡形成所述定位凹槽。
6.根据权利要求5所述的LED支架灯，其特征在于，所述安装定位卡为沿支架灯长度方向延伸的条形。
7.根据权利要求1至6中任意一项所述的LED支架灯，其特征在于，所述柔性电路板通过粘胶剂粘接在所述支架上。
8.根据权利要求1至6中任意一项所述的LED支架灯，其特征在于，所述支架为T5或T8铝支架。
9.根据权利要求1至6中任意一项所述的LED支架灯，其特征在于，所述灯罩为PC罩。
