背景技术:
目前的电源插座大都是插座内的金属触片与电源线直接相连,拔出插头后,金属触片带电,且很容易接触,对小孩子等电学知识较少的人具有较大危险性,容易产生触电事故,安全程度较差,且容易进入异物,引起短路事故。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是为了克服上述现有技术存在的电源插座的插孔易进入异物引起短路事故的缺陷,提供一种电源插座面板。
本实用新型由壳体、插座面板、电源触头组成,电源触头上扣接有面板内盖,面板内盖与插座面板之间安装有由硅胶制作的防护板,防护板上开有与插座面板的插孔及面板内盖的插孔相对应的弹性插缝。
本实用新型的一种电源插座面板适合于国家电网110V~220V电源插座,安全性能好,可防止异物进入插座孔,避免电源短路事故。

具体实施方式:
如图1所示,本实用新型由壳体、插座面板1、电源触头组成,电源触头上扣接有面板内盖(3),面板内盖(3)与插座面板(1)之间安装有由硅胶制作的防护板(2),防护板(2)上开有与插座面板(1)的插孔(1a)、插孔(1b)及面板内盖(3)的插孔(3a)、插孔(3b)相对应的弹性插缝(2a)和弹性插缝(2b)。
使用时,将电源插头***插座面板(1),防护板(2)上对应的弹性插缝(2a)、弹性插缝(2b)在插头的作用下张开,插头顺利***接通电源;当电源插头拔出后,防护板(2)上对应的弹性插缝(2a)、弹性插缝(2b)在硅胶弹性力的作用下封闭,可有效避免外部杂物进入电源插座内,减少插座意外短路事故的发生。
