背景技术
常规的锂离子圆柱电池的串并联组合方式,是通过储能点焊机将镍片点焊到电池的正负极来实现串并联的。这样当其中一节电芯出线问题后,在对电池组拆解当中就很麻烦,并且容易损伤到其他正常电芯。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种成型镍片,解决了带支架电池组维修当中的麻烦;避免了在维修当中对电池组的损伤。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案为:
本实用新型采用的材料为纯镍,免点焊成型镍片,镍片厚度为0.2mm、宽度为8mm ,其特征是,所述成型镍片中间有圆柱形突起,圆柱形突起的截面积与圆柱电芯的正负极盖帽大小一致,成型镍片的圆柱形突起周围2mm周圈位置设置成圆弧状。
