技术领域
本实用新型涉及配电网供电技术领域,特别是一种用于对导线运行状态进行监测的装置。
背景技术
在低压配电线路运行过程中,导线与接线端点之间由于受负荷电流和环境温度的影响,长期运行容易导致导线连接面发热而松动,如不及时发现并处理,必将会出现导线烧坏或烧断的现象,严重时还会烧坏与之相连的计量表、断路器以及保护开关等等;如果是与变压器相连的接线端子摔坏,还会引发变压器短路起火,造成变压器烧坏而漏油;如果零线烧断,还会造成大面积的家用电器烧坏,造成严重的经济损失和社会影响。
实用新型内容
本实用新型需要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够对导线运行时的温度进行实时监测的装置,并能够在导线超温时及时报警,提醒作业人员进行抢修。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:
导线超温报警装置,包括设置在壳体内的继电器控制电路,继电器控制电路的输入端分别与设置在导线端面上用于实时检测导线温度值的温度采集装置连接,继电器控制电路的输出端分别连接声光报警器和无线报警单元;所述无线报警单元包括通过继电器控制电路触发的无线发射器、与无线发射器通过无线网络通信的无线接收器,无线接收器通过3G网络与绑定手机通信。
本实用新型的改进在于:所述继电器控制电路包括串联连接在电源回路中的控制支路以及受控制支路触发的报警支路,所述控制支路包括串联连接的温度采集装置触发节点和继电器线圈,所述报警支路包括串联连接的继电器常开触点和声光报警器,所述声光报警器的两端并联连接用于触发无线报警单元的中间继电器。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及具体实施例对本实用新型做进一步详细说明:
一种导线超温报警装置,其结构如图1所示,包括继电器控制电路、声光报警器、无线报警单元以及若干温度采集装置,其中继电器控制电路设置在壳体内,温度采集装置设置在导线端面上,用于实时检测导线的温度值,各温度采集装置的信号端分别与继电器控制电路的输入端连接,继电器控制电路的输出端分别与声光报警器和无线报警单元连接。在本实施例中温度采集装置采用温控探头,每个导线接点处的端面上均设置一个温控探头。
继电器控制电路包括串联连接在电源回路中的控制支路以及受控制支路触发的报警支路,控制支路包括串联连接的温度采集装置触发节点和继电器线圈,报警支路包括串联连接的继电器常开触点和声光报警器,声光报警器的两端并联连接用于触发无线报警单元的中间继电器。电源经保险管FU分别与各继电器相连接。
在本实施例中,继电器控制电路的电气原理图如图2所示,共设置有四个交流继电器和一个中间继电器,其中四个交流继电器的线圈KM1~KM4分别与四个温控探头的触发节点串联连接在电源回路中构成控制支路,四个交流继电器的常开触点KM1-1~KM4-1并联设置,并联电路与声光报警器串联构成报警支路;中间继电器的线圈KM5并联连接在声光报警器的两端,也通过控制支路触发导通,中间继电器的常开触点KM5-1串联连接在无线报警单元回路中,用于触发无线发射器进行报警信号的发送。四个交流继电器常开触点KM1-1~KM4-1的并联电路两端还并联设置一测试开关T,用于手动测试声光报警器和无线报警单元的工作状态。
无线报警单元包括通过继电器控制电路触发的无线发射器、与无线发射器通过无线网络通信的无线接收器,无线接收器通过3G网络与绑定手机通信。
本实用新型工作时,可先将各温控探头安装在导线端面上,然后再与相应的交流继电器线圈连接,在未投入运行时,可通过测试开关T对声光报警器和无线报警单元的工作状态进行测试。投入运行后,当某一温控探头测量到导线温度达到设定温度值时,触发相应交流继电器线圈导通,相应的该交流继电器的常开触点闭合,声光报警器发出警报,同时中间继电器线圈得电,无线发射器向无线接收器发送报警信号,无线接收器接收到信号后,通过拨号的方式将报警内容发送至与无限接收器绑定的手机上,通知负责人尽快抢修。

1.导线超温报警装置,其特征在于:包括设置在壳体内的继电器控制电路,继电器控制电路的输入端分别与设置在导线端面上用于实时检测导线温度值的温度采集装置连接,继电器控制电路的输出端分别连接声光报警器和无线报警单元;所述无线报警单元包括通过继电器控制电路触发的无线发射器、与无线发射器通过无线网络通信的无线接收器,无线接收器通过3G网络与绑定手机通信。
2.根据权利要求1所述的导线超温报警装置,其特征在于:所述继电器控制电路包括串联连接在电源回路中的控制支路以及受控制支路触发的报警支路,所述控制支路包括串联连接的温度采集装置触发节点和继电器线圈,所述报警支路包括串联连接的继电器常开触点和声光报警器,所述声光报警器的两端并联连接用于触发无线报警单元的中间继电器。
