背景技术
横编机中的山板与针板之间的间隙大小将会影响针板和山板的使用寿命，甚至是机器的正常运行。而现有的机头移动架通过导轨安装后是固定的，不能在垂直于导轨的方向上旋转或是移动。这就使得固定在机头移动架上的山板不能调整与针板间的距离。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决上述问题，提供一种结构简单，能调节改变山板与针板之间的间隙大小的横编机中的可调节式机头移动架装置。
为此，本实用新型的技术方案是：横编机中的可调节式机头移动架装置，其特征在于：它包括机头移动架底座、手掌块和垫片；所述机头移动架底座套在导轨上，左右两侧具有机臂；所述手掌块安装在机臂前端；所述手掌块和机臂之间具有垫片；所述手掌块上固定山板。
本实用新型中山板是固定到手掌块上的，手掌块固定到机头移动架底座上，可以通过改变手掌块与机头移动架底座之间的垫片的厚度，从而可以改变山板与针板的间隙，从而保证编织的正常进行。

参见附图。本实施例包括机头移动架底座1、手掌块2和垫片3；所述机头移动架底座1套在导轨4上，左右两侧具有机臂11；所述手掌块2安装在机臂11前端；所述手掌块2和机臂11之间具有垫片3；所述手掌块2上固定山板5。 
本实施例通过改变手掌块2与机头移动架底座1之间的垫片3的厚度，从而可以改变山板5与针板6的间隙，从而保证编织的正常进行。
