Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种取暖器及其脚板组件,所述脚板组件包括:脚板,所述脚板包括条形板和安装在所述条形板纵向两端的滚轮,所述条形板上具有通孔;脚板固定板,所述脚板固定板固定连接在所述取暖器底部的两散热片之间,所述脚板固定板上具有螺纹孔;螺栓,所述螺栓穿过所述通孔,并螺合于所述螺纹孔的内螺纹以将所述脚板固定连接于所述脚板固定板。本实用新型结构简单、安装方便且便于运输。

Description

取暖器及其脚板组件
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种取暖器,尤其涉及一种用于取暖器的脚板组件和具有该脚板组件的取暖器。
背景技术
取暖器,是人们居家生活的重要电器,取暖器可包括电热油汀和无油汀等。
部分的取暖器上设置有脚板组件,在使用取暖器时,便于在不同位置之间移动取暖器。而在取暖器的运输过程中,脚板组件的各部件分散放置在包装箱内,用户购买后,自行进行脚板组件的安装。
现有技术的取暖器,以油汀为例,如图1所示,其脚板组件包括脚板2、U形卡箍7和螺母4,脚板2需要固定在油汀的汀体1上,脚板2的两端设置有滚轮3。脚板2通过如图2-图4所示的U形卡箍7和如图1所示的螺母4,将脚板组件2卡在油汀片之间的管道6上,从而将脚板2固定在汀体1的底部。
具体的,U形卡箍7可有如图1-图3所示的三种形式,U形卡箍7的形状可为如图1、图2所示的U形或图3所示的大致U形,图3所示的U形卡箍7的上端圆弧是为了更好的卡合管道6。U形卡箍7的U形的两端,具有螺纹部9或挂钩部5,图1所示为两端均为螺纹部9的情形,图2和图3所示则为一侧是挂钩部5,一侧是螺纹部9的情形。
为了安装脚板2,需在脚板2上开设两个用于U形卡箍7的U型的两端通过的孔。对于图1的U形卡箍7的情形,将U形卡箍7与管道6卡合后,将两螺纹部9穿过上述的设置在脚板2上的孔,将螺母4拧在螺纹部9上,拧紧。而对于图2和图3,尤其是图3的情形,需将挂钩部5一端穿入脚板2的一个孔中,再将U形卡箍7的顶部圆弧与管道6卡合,再将螺纹部9一端穿入脚板2的另外一个孔中,将螺母4拧在螺纹部9上,拧紧。
由上可知,现有技术的取暖器的脚板组件,其结构相对复杂,且安装也不够简便,其U形卡箍在运输过程中也要占据包装箱的一定空间,在包装箱内配件较多时,丢失配件的几率增加。况且,由于脚板的安装位置不固定,用户有装错的可能,影响用户使用。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种用于取暖器的脚板组件,以解决现有技术的取暖器脚板组件结构复杂、安装不便和不利于运输的技术问题。
本实用新型的另一个目的在于提供一种具有本实用新型脚板组件的取暖器。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种脚板组件,用于取暖器;所述脚板组件包括:脚板,所述脚板包括条形板和安装在所述条形板纵向两端的滚轮,所述条形板上具有通孔;脚板固定板,所述脚板固定板固定连接在所述取暖器底部的两散热片之间,所述脚板固定板上具有螺纹孔;螺栓,所述螺栓穿过所述通孔,并螺合于所述螺纹孔的内螺纹以将所述脚板固定连接于所述脚板固定板。
本实用新型的脚板组件,优选的,所述条形板的横向两侧具有L形的翼板,所述翼板包括垂直连接于所述条形板的竖直部和连接于所述竖直部的翼部,所述脚板固定板下表面与所述散热片底端的间距大于所述翼部上表面与所述脚板固定板下表面的间距。
本实用新型的脚板组件,优选的,所述螺栓为蝶形螺栓。
本实用新型的脚板组件,优选的,所述通孔设置于所述条形板的几何中心位置,所述螺纹孔设置于所述脚板固定板的几何中心位置。
本实用新型的脚板组件,优选的,所述脚板固定板为一个,所述脚板固定板上设置有两个所述螺纹孔,所述螺纹孔的数量与所述通孔的数量相等。
本实用新型的脚板组件,优选的,所述脚板固定板的垂直于所述散热片的两边具有折边,所述条形板上对应所述折边的位置具有容置所述折边的通孔。
本实用新型的取暖器,具有本实用新型的脚板组件。
本实用新型的取暖器,优选的,所述脚板固定板固定连接在所述取暖器的最外侧的两相邻散热片之间,且位于所述散热片的宽度方向的中央位置。
本实用新型的取暖器,优选的,所述脚板固定板焊接于所述两相邻散热片之间。
本实用新型的有益效果在于,综上所述,本实用新型的取暖器及其脚板组件,其结构简单,除脚板之外,仅包括脚板固定板和螺栓,仅需将脚板的通孔对准脚板固定板的螺纹孔,拧上螺栓并拧紧即可,因此安装十分便利,并且脚板固定板已事先固定在取暖器上,因此,在取暖器运输过程中不占据包装箱的空间,减少了配件,减少了丢失配件的几率。并且,由于脚板固定板事先固定,因此脚板的安装位置就已经固定,避免因用户装错而影响用户使用。

具体实施方式
体现本实用新型特征与优点的典型实施例将在以下的说明中详细叙述。应理解的是本实用新型能够在不同的实施例上具有各种的变化,其皆不脱离本实用新型的范围,且其中的说明及附图在本质上是当作说明之用,而非用以限制本实用新型。
本实用新型实施例的取暖器,具有本实用新型实施例的脚板组件。本实用新型实施例的脚板组件,用于本实用新型实施例的取暖器。
本说明书中所述的上、下,以取暖器使用状态中的上、下为准。
本实用新型实施例的取暖器,可以为油汀或者无油汀等。其中的油汀例如是电热油汀。以下,以电热油汀为例,介绍本实用新型实施例的取暖器及本实用新型实施例的用于取暖器的脚板组件。
如图5所示,本实用新型实施例的取暖器,其汀体1包括多个油汀片10,也即取暖器的散热片。而本实用新型实施例的脚板组件,则固定在汀体1的底端。
如图6所示,本实用新型实施例的脚板组件,包括脚板2、脚板固定板11和螺栓12。
其中,脚板2包括条形板20和滚轮3,滚轮3设置在条形板20的两端。而本实施例中,条形板20大致与长方形,条形板20的几何中心位置设置有通孔200,通孔200优选的是光孔。
如图5所示,脚板固定板11,固定连接在汀体1的底端,例如焊接在汀体1的底端。脚板固定板11可以为正方形,其几何中心位置具有螺纹孔110,螺纹孔110具有内螺纹。
而螺栓12优选的为蝶形螺栓,例如M5的蝶形螺栓,其好处是可以不用专门工具就可以将螺栓12拧紧。
本实用新型实施例的脚板组件,其脚板固定板11可固定连接在汀体的最外侧的两相邻油汀片10(或称散热片)之间,且位于油汀片10的宽度方向上的中央位置,这里所说的宽度方向与脚板2安装后条形板20的纵向方向一致。且在装入包装箱运输之前,即已经将脚板固定板11焊接好,且焊接在正确的脚板2的安装位置。由于脚板组件通常为两套,因此,两套脚板组件分别安装在汀体1的纵向两端。
如图5-图7所示,本实施例中,条形板20的横向两侧具有L形的翼板203,翼板203包括翼部202和竖直部201,竖直部201垂直连接于条形板20,而翼部202则连接于竖直部201,翼部202可以是水平延伸,也可以是斜向上延伸。并且,脚板固定板11下表面与油汀片10的底端101的间距大于翼部202上表面与脚板固定板11下表面的间距,这样,翼板203和螺栓12一起,起到对脚板2与脚板固定板11之间的连接定位作用。并且,由于上述间距的大小关系,可使得脚板2安装后,虽然条形板20下表面与脚板固定板11上表面之间还可有一定的间隙,但由于翼部202已被油汀片10的底端101限位,可以保证两套脚板组件分别安装在同一高度,增加了高度定位的便利性。
这样,在用户购买产品后,打开包装箱,将螺纹孔110和通孔200对齐,拧上螺栓12,拧紧,就可以将脚板2安装于汀体1的底端。
并且,为了更好的固定脚板2,如图8所示,在另一实施例中,可在脚板固定板11的垂直于散热片10的两边(即非与散热片10焊接的两边)形成工作状态时向下的折边110,在脚板2的条形板20上对应折边110的位置开设容置折边110的通孔102,安装时先将条形板20套在脚板固定板11的折边110上,再旋入螺栓12。
并且,为了更好的固定脚板2,也可以将脚板固定板11由正方形变化为矩形,在矩形的脚板固定板11上开设两个具有内螺纹的通孔110,与其匹配的,在脚板2的条形板20上开设两个通孔200,用两个螺栓12分别连接并拧紧。
综上所述,本实用新型的取暖器及其脚板组件,其结构简单,除脚板2之外,仅包括脚板固定板11和螺栓12,安装时仅需将脚板2的通孔200对准脚板固定板11的螺纹孔110,拧上螺栓12并拧紧即可,因此安装十分便利,并且脚板固定板11已事先固定在取暖器上,因此,在取暖器运输过程中不另外占据包装箱的空间,减少了配件,减少了丢失配件的几率。并且,由于脚板固定板11出售前已固定,因此脚板的安装位置就已经固定,避免因用户装错而影响使用。
本实用新型的技术方案已由优选实施例揭示如上。本领域技术人员应当意识到在不脱离本实用新型所附的权利要求所揭示的本实用新型的范围和精神的情况下所作的更动与润饰,均属本实用新型的权利要求的保护范围之内。

Claims (9)

1.一种脚板组件,用于取暖器;其特征在于,所述脚板组件包括:
脚板,所述脚板包括条形板和安装在所述条形板纵向两端的滚轮,所述条形板上具有通孔;
脚板固定板,所述脚板固定板固定连接在所述取暖器底部的两散热片之间,所述脚板固定板上具有螺纹孔;
螺栓,所述螺栓穿过所述通孔,并螺合于所述螺纹孔的内螺纹以将所述脚板固定连接于所述脚板固定板。
2.如权利要求1所述的脚板组件,其特征在于,所述条形板的横向两侧具有L形的翼板,所述翼板包括垂直连接于所述条形板的竖直部和连接于所述竖直部的翼部,所述脚板固定板下表面与所述散热片底端的间距大于所述翼部上表面与所述脚板固定板下表面的间距。
3.如权利要求2所述的脚板组件,其特征在于,所述螺栓为蝶形螺栓。
4.如权利要求3所述的脚板组件,其特征在于,所述通孔设置于所述条形板的几何中心位置,所述螺纹孔设置于所述脚板固定板的几何中心位置。
5.如权利要求1所述的脚板组件,其特征在于,所述脚板固定板为一个,所述脚板固定板上设置有两个所述螺纹孔,所述螺纹孔的数量与所述通孔的数量相等。
6.如权利要求1所述的脚板组件,其特征在于,所述脚板固定板的垂直于所述散热片的两边具有折边,所述条形板上对应所述折边的位置具有容置所述折边的通孔。
7.一种取暖器,其特征在于,所述取暖器具有权利要求1-6任一所述的脚板组件。
8.如权利要求7所述的取暖器,其特征在于,所述脚板固定板固定连接在所述取暖器的最外侧的两相邻散热片之间,且位于所述散热片的宽度方向的中央位置。
9.如权利要求8所述的取暖器,其特征在于,所述脚板固定板焊接于所述两相邻散热片之间。
