本实用新型公开了一种在真空状态下使用的膨胀节装置，包括壳体和内衬，内衬安装于壳体之内，壳体一端通过法兰盘和工艺管道联接，壳体另一端通过法兰盘固定在生产设备上，在壳体的中部外表面设置接口，该接口外部联接真空管道，该接口还接通壳体内表面与内衬外表面之间的空间。由于接口外部联接真空管道，接口还接通壳体内表面与内衬外表面之间的空间，这样膨胀节装置随时都可保证四氟内衬两侧的压力基本一致，四氟内衬只承受介质产生的静压，内衬在工作中不因两面的压差而产生形变，保证了内衬在工作过程中不易脱落，延长了内衬的使用寿命。本实用新型结构简单，安装维修方便，工作稳定可靠。

本实用新型涉及在真空状态下防止四氟内衬破损的一种膨胀节装置。
技术背景
在化工生产过程中，需要真空浓缩或蒸馏***，在要真空浓缩***中根据介质要求采用四氟材质为内衬，四氟内衬与钢制外壳没有粘接性，为防在真空状态下四氟内衬被吸瘪破损，现有的在真空状态下使用的四氟内衬均为在内安装了真空环，真空环用不锈钢或碳钢外包四氟管制成。在使用过程中，由于内衬伸缩，真空环易脱落，或真空环变形，导致真空环接头处刺破四氟内衬，从而导致内衬损坏。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足之处，本实用新型旨在提供一种在真空状态下使用的膨胀节装置，确保内衬在工作过程中不易脱落，并且不易损坏。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用的技术方案：一种在真空状态下使用的膨胀节装置，包括壳体和内衬，内衬安装于壳体之内，壳体一端通过法兰盘和工艺管道联接，壳体另一端通过法兰盘固定在生产设备上，在壳体的中部外表面设置接口，该接口外部联接真空管道，该接口还接通壳体内表面与内衬外表面之间的空间。
采用上述技术方案，由于接口外部联接真空管道，接口还接通壳体内表面与内衬外表面之间的空间，这样膨胀节装置随时都可保证四氟内衬两侧的压力基本一致，即四氟内衬只承受介质产生的静压，内衬在工作中不因两面的压差，而产生形变，保证了内衬在工作过程中不易脱落，延长了内衬的使用寿命。
本实用新型结构简单，安装维修方便，工作稳定可靠。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明。
如图1所示，一种在真空状态下使用的膨胀节装置，包括壳体1和内衬2，内衬2安装于壳体1之内，内衬2由四氟材料烧结制成，壳体1采用不锈钢材料制成，壳体1一端通过法兰盘4和工艺管道5联接，工艺管道5输送的是需要浓缩的介质，壳体1另一端通过法兰盘4固定在生产设备6上，在壳体1的中部外表面设置有两个接口，两个接口外部联接真空管道3，该接口还接通壳体1内表面与内衬2外表面之间的空间，这样壳体1内表面与内衬2外表面之间的空间的真空度与真空管道3的真空度一样，四氟内衬2工作时只承受介质的静压力作用，杜绝经常产生伸缩形变现象。

1.一种在真空状态下使用的膨胀节装置，包括壳体（1）和内衬（2），内衬（2）安装于壳体（1）之内，壳体（1）一端通过法兰盘（4）和工艺管道（5）联接，壳体（1）另一端通过法兰盘（4）固定在生产设备（6）上，其特征在于：在壳体（1）的中部外表面设置接口，该接口外部联接真空管道（3），该接口还接通壳体（1）内表面与内衬（2）外表面之间的空间。
