Abstract
本实用新型属于集装箱平车领域,具体涉及一种低重心集装箱平车,解决现有集装箱平车中心偏高,运行稳定性差,车辆自重大的问题,包括车体,车体采用板材组焊结构,包括牵引梁、中梁、端梁、枕梁、大横梁、小横梁,中梁采用双腹板组焊箱型结构,并为中部高两端低的鱼腹形结构,牵引梁、端梁、枕梁、大横梁、小横梁均采用双腹板组焊箱型结构,中梁腹板采用向上25mm的挠度,车体两端部设有冲击挡板,牵引梁腹板在端梁处向外折弯。降低集装箱平车的集装箱承载面距轨面的高度,车辆重心降低,提高了车辆运行稳定性和运行品质;车体只采用板材组焊,降低了制造成本,降低车辆自重,提高车辆载重,经济效益和社会效益显著。

技术领域
本实用新型属于集装箱平车的技术领域,具体涉及一种低重心集装箱平车。
背景技术
既有集装箱平车的集装箱承载面距轨面高度,(空车)一般在1140mm以上,车辆重心偏高,运行稳定性较差;既有集装箱平车车体除了采用板材组焊以外,采用的型钢件和铸钢件较多,生产周期较长,车辆自重偏大。
发明内容
本实用新型为了解决现有集装箱平车中心偏高,运行稳定性较差,而且生产周期较长,车辆自重偏大的问题,提供了一种低重心集装箱平车。
本实用新型采用如下的技术方案实现:低重心集装箱平车,包括车体、集装箱锁闭装置、车钩及车钩缓冲装置和转向架,车体采用板材组焊结构,包括牵引梁、中梁、端梁、枕梁、大横梁、小横梁,牵引梁位于车体两端,中梁位于车体中部,端梁位于牵引梁端部两侧,枕梁位于牵引梁与中梁连接处两侧,两个大横梁位于两枕梁之间,两个小横梁位于大横梁与枕梁之间;其中中梁采用双腹板组焊箱型结构,并且为中部高两端低的鱼腹形结构,牵引梁、端梁、枕梁、大横梁、小横梁均采用双腹板组焊箱型结构,中梁腹板和牵引梁腹板在枕梁腹板处进行对接。
为了进一步优化该平车的结构,完善其功能,本实用新型还进行了以下改进:
所述中梁腹板采用向上25mm的挠度,可有效避免集装箱装车后,中梁最大上拱处触及集装箱底部,以及车辆满载后中梁产生下垂。
所述车体两端部设有冲击挡板,既有车辆端部采用铸钢材料的冲击座,比较笨重,本实用新型采用钢板制作的冲击挡板代替冲击座,结构简单、轻便。
所述牵引梁腹板在端梁处向外折弯,使车钩组装后可沿一定偏角旋转,便于车辆通过小曲线铁路。
为使车钩距轨面的高度仍保持在880mm或以上,所述车钩采用向上偏心式结构,钩头中心比钩体中心向上偏移了35mm。
通过采用新的车体结构和新型偏心式车钩,集装箱承载面距轨面的高度不超过1040mm,比一般集装箱平车低100mm以上,降低集装箱平车的集装箱承载面距轨面的高度,车辆重心降低,提高了车辆运行稳定性和运行品质;车体只采用板材组焊,提高了生产效率,降低了制造成本,降低车辆自重,提高车辆载重,车辆自重不足19t,比同类型的集装箱平车轻3吨以上,载重最大可达73t,经济效益和社会效益显著。

具体实施方式
低重心集装箱平车,如图1、2所示,包括车体、集装箱锁闭装置1、车钩及车钩缓冲装置2和转向架3,车钩采用向上偏心式结构,车体采用板材组焊结构,包括牵引梁4、中梁5、端梁6、枕梁7、大横梁8、小横梁9,牵引梁位于车体两端,中梁位于车体中部,端梁位于牵引梁端部两侧,枕梁位于牵引梁与中梁连接处两侧,两个大横梁位于两枕梁之间,两个小横梁位于大横梁与枕梁之间;为降低集装箱承载面距轨面的高度,将中梁设计成中部高两端低的鱼腹形结构,并采用心盘面距轨面较低的轻型转向架,牵引梁、端梁、枕梁、大横梁、小横梁均采用双腹板组焊箱型结构,如图3所示,中梁腹板10和牵引梁腹板11在枕梁腹板13处进行对接,如图4所示,中梁腹板10采用向上25mm的挠度,如图5所示,牵引梁腹板11在端梁6处向外折弯,车体两端部设有冲击挡板12.
此外,集装箱锁闭装置1、车钩缓冲装置2、风手制动装置14与现有集装箱平车结构一样,在中梁两侧还架设有护栏15,端梁端部固定门挡16。
Claims (4)
1.一种低重心集装箱平车,包括车体、集装箱锁闭装置(1)、车钩及车钩缓冲装置(2)和转向架(3),其特征是车体采用板材组焊结构,包括牵引梁(4)、中梁(5)、端梁(6)、枕梁(7)、大横梁(8)、小横梁(9),牵引梁位于车体两端,中梁位于车体中部,端梁位于牵引梁端部两侧,枕梁位于牵引梁与中梁连接处两侧,两个大横梁位于两枕梁之间,两个小横梁位于大横梁与枕梁之间;其中中梁采用双腹板组焊箱型结构,并且为中部高两端低的鱼腹形结构,牵引梁、端梁、枕梁、大横梁、小横梁均采用双腹板组焊箱型结构,中梁腹板(10)和牵引梁腹板(11)在枕梁腹板(13)处进行对接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的低重心集装箱平车,其特征是中梁腹板(10)采用向上25mm的挠度。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的低重心集装箱平车,其特征是车体两端部设有冲击挡板(12)。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的低重心集装箱平车,其特征是牵引梁腹板(11)在端梁(6)处向外折弯。
