背景技术    
在汽车行驶过程中,特别是路况不好的情形下,由于震动较大,汽车半轴上的螺栓很容易松动。另外,如果后桥差速器间隙大,会导致起步不稳定,半轴受力冲劲大,也容易使半轴螺栓松动或断裂。长期这样,不仅需要经常维修费时费力,影响汽车正常行驶,更会产生一定的安全隐患,对人身和财产安全造成影响。
发明内容
针对上述缺陷,本实用新型提供一种具有一定缓冲作用的半轴螺丝减震装置,减缓半轴螺丝松动或断裂现象。 
本实用新型通过以下技术方案实现: 
一种汽车半轴螺丝减震装置,包括半轴法兰盘上的螺栓孔,螺栓孔内嵌有弹性圈,弹性圈的外圈与螺栓孔内孔配合,内圈与螺栓直径配合。
本实用新型进一步改进的技术方案是:所述弹性圈设有台阶,阶面与螺栓孔外端面贴合。 
所述弹性圈为硅胶圈。 
本实用新型通过在螺栓孔内嵌入弹性圈,实现螺栓与法兰盘之间的弹性连接,可有效减缓震动带来的冲击,防止螺栓松动,进而减少半轴维修或者更换的频率。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种汽车半轴螺丝减震装置,包括半轴法兰盘1,沿法兰盘1圆周方向均匀分布有螺栓孔2。弹性圈3嵌入在螺栓孔2内,其外圈与螺栓孔2的内孔配合,内圈与螺栓直径配合。弹性圈3还设有台阶4,阶面与螺栓孔外端面贴合。在操作时,可先将弹性圈3嵌入于螺栓孔2内,再将螺栓***于弹性圈3的内圈中,再拧紧螺母。通过弹性圈3的弹性,有效减缓震动带来的冲击,防止螺栓松动,增强法兰盘1与桥体的连接坚固性,同时也减少半轴的维修和更换频率。 
所述弹性圈3为硅胶圈,弹性性能优越。
